Really enjoyed your video. I think of the plants you bought the hardest to care for will be the heart leaf fern, they can be a little finicky. For the Hoya, it sounds cheesy but people remember which is the princess and which is the Queen by saying "the queen wears the crown, the princess wears the gown." So if there's white on the edges, like where a crown would be, that's the queen. So then the leaf is white on the inside with a green edge that's the "gown," and that's the princess. (I have Princess but honestly think queen is prettier when it's grown out and trailing everywhere!). Beautiful coloring on your ring of fire. Enjoy your new plants!
Hi. Love your plant picks. Get a razor (cut the boxes open) and scissors so you can (cut the rubber bands) without the possibility of damaging your plants. By the way, where is this plant store, I can’t find it.
@@patriciajackson5414 I’m not sure if they have a physical location. this is my first time ordering from them. I looked at their website and it seems like you can only purchase online. another plant shop that I love ordering from is Pistils Nursery! They have physical locations in Oregon, where they are based.
that’s weird that the link above doesn’t work. try typing “hey rooted” in the search engine and it should bring up their website as one of the first search results.
As far as a plant guide goes, I personally like the app PictureThis a lot! I used to use it mostly for plant identification but it lets you keep a record every plant you have, recommended lighting conditions care needs, etc. I personally use it to keep track of of when I’ve last watered a plant and when I should probably CHECK on a plant again, not so much as a schedule. I believe there might be a 25 fee for a yearly purchase but imo it’s very worth it! I prefer it over other plant apps 😊 awesome video!!
Great plants! For the Heartleaf Fern, you may want to try a self-watering pot. I make my own diy versions to save money. But since it needs a lot of water and consist moisture, self-watering is usually the best way to go.
Hey , very nice vibe there. Loved your happiness when you unpacked them all. Thank you very much for being so chill and for the happy vibes . Greetz from Germany ❤
Hi... enjoyed your video. Love seeing newbies and the look on their faces when they start their plant journey. I have (or have had) every plant that you unboxed, but my Tradescantia Nanouk and my Heartleaf Fern have gone to plant heaven. The Nanouk became very leggy because I didn't provide it with enough light and I didn't like it anymore. I didn't feel up to propagating and starting from scratch and just keeping small pots of it, so I gave it away. The Heart Fern was a thorn in my side. Before I ordered it, (3 times), I should have done better research on it. I read later that it needs male and female fronds in order to give you new leaves. They say that you can tell by the shape of the leaves if you have both (female rounded hearts and male elongated hearts, I think). Since I ordered mine and didn't see them in person, I kept getting plants with just male leaves, so no new growth. If I see it someday in my area with BOTH leaf shapes, I may try again. Hope your plants ALL thrive for you!!!
thank you for the tips! I’ll have to look at my heartleaf fern and see if it’s female and male. both the fern and the nanouk have been hard to maintain so hopefully they thrive this time. I actually was able to successfully propagate a small cutting of the nanouk in a small glass tube and I plan to pot it sometime soon. the roots have grown very well. I appreciate you watching my video ☺️
i love this gold and i don't know why apple switched to starlight. i had the choice to buy either m1 or m2 but i bought the m1 gold purely because of its looks and gold color. i also read m1 is better than m2
more so the cost, but I wasn’t too concerned about having the newest one since this was my first one, and I can always upgrade to a newer model later on!
I also bought the same some days back. I thought it would be difficult switching from windows 11 but it was quite easy. I love the whole experience of IOS and Mac OS. Apple ecosystem at its best.
that was what I thought too, the transition has been smooth from windows as well. there are things I miss from my Dell laptop but it’s nice knowing how to use both!
I haven’t used Final Cut Pro! I currently use adobe premiere pro but I haven’t tried it yet in this laptop, but hopefully soon! I’ve read people say it works well for many video editing softwares.
You asked me a few weeks ago why I found one of your unboxing video’s annoying. It was the finger tapping that made loud noises. Once at the beginning is sufficient. This video is much video. Thanks for posting this. Do you like the Rosie Goldie color? I think it is a bit much. Maybe my wife would like it.
I can’t recall making an unboxing video a few weeks ago, I haven’t uploaded in a long time, but thanks for watching! I like the rose gold, it matches other rose gold items I have!
nice! I think it works really well and fast with the current specs I have! I got it mostly for college and I might use it for some video editing as well!
thanks for sharing! so far, I like using it and the compatibility with all my other devices is a plus. Still getting transitioned from windows to iOS :)
@@aliciasam5239 there are things I miss about Windows, but I like mine for school. The process of downloading and saving things is different, it took some time to get used to lol
@@itsmemice_ I know the processor is good and all but what’s the use when it can’t handle a light game such as Roblox. My brother uses my computer to play roblox and it gets really hot;the only time it overheats.
oh I get what you’re saying. my brother games too, I think a gaming laptop would be way better if you’re able to get one, or a different brand for sure. I’m not super knowledgeable about macs, but I don’t really see people use them for gaming. but sorry to hear that it doesn’t handle light gaming well!
Hope u managed to stop your subscription, was about to sign up but saw a reddit thread about how scammy it is and how the jewlery is super cheap and people cant cancel their subscriptions
hi! yes, I was able to cancel mine without any issues when I did thankfully! yeah I’ve heard different things about the company and I honestly don’t need pieces of jewelry every month so I decided to end it. it’s hard finding sustainable brands sometimes
I’m not an ambassador anymore, but I think they sent me an email with my promo code once it was active, but yeah it should be your account name and just type it in the promo code box in checkout! That’s weird it’s not working, idk if customer service would get back quick enough but I would say send an email to ask them to double check if it’s activated!
oh no! sorry to hear that it’s difficult to unsubscribe. I just went on their website and tried to see where to do that and it says if there is no response from email, try an insta DM! I’ll update this if I find out how to do it!
that's crazy how much of an issue it is, I never even checked about the unsubscribing until I saw the first comment. I'll see if I can DM them and suggest making an easier way to cancel besides through email! :)
Super cute ;) Love the soft blues in the background against the grey. This is really nice work 👌😊 -Best of luck on your art and your channel, and much support from one artist to another. -Huge 👍's up!
hey meg ! i think it’s so cool that you made this lifestyle channel! it would be cool if you could do vlogs and stuff as well! keep up the amazing work ☺️
