@@EmptyNesterLife nice to meet you I would like to tell you more about the ministry they have some Areas where they need help like food clothes and more
I've been traveling to Mexico since 1988 and Hacienda del Mar has been, by far, my favorite hotel! My wife and I first stayed there in 2020 and have been going back ever since. We absolutely love the place!! We became owners in 2022 and are headed there Saturday. WE CAN'T WAIT!!!
@@EmptyNesterLife before Williams, we have stopped at peach Springs and the grand Canyon caverns. I also believe we stopped in Seligman Arizona. Very cool places.
Good morning. I'm not a fan of paying for parking at a hotel that I'm already staying at but yes, it has become the standard unfortunately. Absolutely gorgeous pool area. I like the little hotel gifts even the ones that just leave bottles of water are a nice touch. Looks like you guys had a wonderful time. Lovely hotel. 8:26
Baja generally known as a dangerous area due to cartels. Is LaPaz safe from that? Also, I live in Zihuatenajo, Mexico, close to the equator. Cartels don't allow drugs here, which is AWESOME because no drugs= 90% of crime eliminated. Do they not allow drugs in La Paz as well? I'm thinking of moving there but just need to do more research! Thanks in advance!
Hi, we are not a good source for where the cartels are or are not. But, we had heard they controlled not only the drugs, but even down to the local vendors in most popular tourist locations in Mx. Again, we don't know if that is the case in La Paz. We found it peaceful for sure and not over crowded like other places we had been in Mx. We hope this helps. Have a great day, and thanks for watching! God bless.
Rocky Point consists of shake downs by the "police", trashy beaches, abusive HOA fees, and obnoxious sales people on the beach. It is too bad because Mexico has 1000 of miles of Hawaii grade beaches or better, but the corruption has decimated the country. Getting that way here in the good old U.S. of A. That said, the people are the warmest hardest working people you will ever meet. Their language is beautiful. Too bad.
Completely agree that the people are amazing! Not really sure about the rest of it on personal experience, but we really appreciate you sharing your insights!
Great dining in puerto penasco... Top favorites, Kaffee Haus, Max's, Brians, (same owner different ambiance), Manny's beach house, just to name a few...
We camped in Rockport almost 2 years ago while full timing. Have a house again, but still have our RV. Will be coming back to Rockport this January for 2 months so we'll have to look these places up. Thanks!
Thanks for letting us know! Rockport is a great destination for winter months for sure. When you're there, let us know if you try any of these restaurants and which one you like best ☀🏖
@@EmptyNesterLife whenever I'm just looking for a single videos to watch I look for ones where the redline didn't stay all the way way across if that makes sense.
@@dennis78382 Yes, gotta complete the red line, right? Ever notice how some creators use red borders around their thumbnails? I always see that and think I've already watched the video!
@@EmptyNesterLife yes. I don't know why some days the redline is completely missing or only shows 1/2. Your channel is pretty consistent with red lines, but I have other channels that I watch where it's just a complete mess every day.
