My main concern is overheating and then throttling, as you mentioned for another computer at the beginning of your vid. Since you didn't mention it, am I to assume there were no overheating problems?
Complaining about 10 minute render time on a 4k video that "I would normally render for professional use" is some of the most retarded shit I've ever heard in my life.
Thanks for the video, dear, do you think mac mini m2 ram8 will work for editing 4k 60fps iphone13 videos with premiere? Or am I bothered because of the RAM? Each project is 30 to 70 gigs (about 3 hours) of raw data, which takes about 15 minutes and less than 2 gigs. Thank you for your guidance
Another thing some people may not realize is that you can get the 16 GB M2 Mac Mini with the base storage, and get a Mac Mini Hub with NVMe enclosure. Just add whatever NVMe you want there that's compatible and you've upped your storage for way less than what Apple is charging.
I do have an issue with the magic mouse, the scrolling is nice and horicontal is nice. But often when i try to click. It scrolls a bit and i miss the mark. Or i scroll horizontally or vertically by accident alot!! That happens to me so much while either programmimg or video editing. And either have to try again, or move my cursor with the keyboard arrow keys to gey whete i need to be. Ive been usimg the magic mouse for about 3 years and thats my biggest issue. But it happens so much it wastes alot of time. Also very often i try to click a buttom but the scroll is triggering so its not registering my click on the button. So i have to click multiple times, sometomes 10-15 clicks to just do 1 thing.
The lighting had me very curious about something. I really love the lighting and I've seen many people on the internet saying that lighting plays a huge difference in making a space more cozy or interesting. So sometimes I really want to create a lighting setup for my house, but my main question is: do you guys keep things on during the day? Is it something that will only look cool at night?
Exports fast compared to Intel, sure. But how about doing more than just cutting a video up? What if you want to do some intensive FX editing? Or anything that needs a decent GPU? I'd rather my computer be able to do intensive editing, even if the exports took an hour. I'm legit asking. Do you think this is better then s Windows system of similar price for more intensive video editing, rendering time aside?
