Cool, a new one. I built many of yours years ago. It would be nice if you could share a rebuild of it if you'd like. The easiest and one of the best was something similar to this one (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3nKoHYSqUA0.html). Have some videos disappeared? Looks like the hoop stove but without the inner ring/hoop

Ive decided the inner ring style is not worth the extra effort, nor is it anymore efficient. The standard style penny can stove is easier, faster, and works just fine in my opinion.

Hey tektoba!! I found an alcohol stove + potstand combo that I would like you to take a look at. You can likely copy it, or at least take some good ideas from it. What I find interesting is the power regulator, and how it works. You can likely apply it to some of your designs (though in all honesty you have done better work in many ways, including in this exact model that I just call the Adrenaline stove). The stand is: EMO Outdoor ORIGAMI stand with a power regulator for alcohol stove

I have made two of these and I keep getting black buildup on the cooper coil that gives lots of black smoke and eventually extinguish the flame. Does anyone know what is wrong? I tried two different types of cooper coil from two different companies and 2 types of 99% isopropyl alcohol.
