The information on the Padsplit side is half right. I'm happy to give you the full picture without bias of mentorship or just being a "padsplit sales person" I actually own 47 doors and Ive worked at PadSplit for 3 years. Maybe a conversation could add more clarity that can point you in the right direction. Wether you use PadSplit or not.
@@RayAndOrianna I actually ended up going with PS and I’ve been 100% for a few months now. My rents however are below market so my cashflow is less than expected. 2 of my members are always behind and PS says it’s my responsibility to collect in the end if they don’t pay and get evicted. I’m also just learning about their chargebacks. PS should make sure that the members have jobs and can afford the rooms.
Hey Victoria, do you want some help? I have 14 rooms here in Vegas that I rent out. I have never had any issues finding qualified tenants. So I am wondering what you are doing wrong.
I’m not sure either, I have people reaching out but they never show up or they never respond when I schedule something. I really don’t want to rely on PadSplit forever. How do you find tenants? TY
I say go for it regardless, if it’s your 1st co-living I recommend going thru PS until you can build your own website and systems to attract tenants on your own. Bobby, the investor, in the video is pivoting to Avail and have to screen tenants on his own, it’s $7 per tenant I believe.
That’s great, when did you close? DoorLoop ended up not attracting any tenants for my property. I went through other methods and companies and still didn’t get much success. Which company did you go with?
@@bryangomez9886 if the bedroom has an en suite bathroom you can charge up to $260 a week which is $1820 a month from 1 bedroom, without an en suite bath $187 a week which $1309 a month. Check out my other videos which explains this. Which market are you in?
@thevictoriak around my area I see that private rooms are 550, 600, or 700 a month, seeing that it would be hard to get a renter for 1309, but idk it could be different with a padsplit. I'm in Sherman/Denison area so I can house hack again (about an hour from Dallas)
