Dealing with estate management companies in buying land property, is it the duty of the prospective buyers to process and get those documents explain above and needed ready or the estate Manager's duty or right to provide it for the buyer. Most estate management companies only give DEED OF ASSIGNMENTS and SURVEY PLAN.

Your video is good but you're making some mistakes. Red copy is a mistake. What we have is record copy. Also, there's no law stating that a survey can't be conducted even on government acquired land. The owner will only have issues processing his CofO. In some cases ratification is possible.
