Choco and banana overnight oats 🍌🍫 Ingredients (for 2 servings of 300 ml): 100 g of oats. 120 ml of milk. 3 bananas. 20 g of chia seeds. 150 g of Greek yoghurt. 15 g of cocoa. Mix Greek yoghurt and 50 g of chopped banana. Mix 200-220 g of banana puree, oats, chia seeds, cocoa and milk. Start with a layer of our chocolate banana mix. Now a layer of yoghurt with banana, then add our chocolate mix again. Spread remaining banana yoghurt on top. Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight. Bon appetit!
Veggie sandwiches 🥪🥒🥬🍅 Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches): 4 slices of bread. 20 g of grated parmesan. 1 leaf of lettuce. 1 cucumber (30 g). 1 pickle (30g). 1 tomato (70-80 g). 2 tbsp of mayo. 1 tsp of mustard. 1 tsp of olive oil. Toast bread on both sides until golden brown. Cut cucumber, pickle and tomato into small cubes. For sauce, mix together mayo, olive oil and mustard Add some salt, black pepper and dried garlic. Mix vegetables, grated cheese and sauce. Put filling on bread, close sandwiches. Bon appetit!

Ice cream mousse with chocolate banana 🍫🍌🍨 Ingredients: 1 banana. 30 ml of milk. 10 g of cocoa powder. 10 g of chocolate. Cut banana into slices and freeze for 2-3 hours. Add frozen banana, cocoa powder, milk and chocolate to the bowl. Grind everything in a blender. Sprinkle with the toppings to taste. I recommend coconut flakes and chopped chocolate. Bon appetit!
Simple tomato egg fried rice 🍚🥚🍅 Ingredients: 250-270 g of cooked rice. 150 g of cherry tomatoes. Spring onion. 3 eggs. 1 tbsp of oyster sauce. 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Chop spring onion, cut cherry tomatoes in half. Crack 3 eggs in a bowl, lightly beat eggs with chopsticks. Grease a pan with cooking oil. Fry spring onions over medium heat for a min. Pour in eggs, stirring constantly. When eggs are cooked, add rice. Pour into the pan 1 tbsp of soy and oyster sauces each. Now lay out tomatoes and pour 2-3 tbsp of olive oil over them. Now fry everything for 2-3 min over medium heat, continuing to stir. Bon appetit!
I love the crust but not in this sandwich! Maybe it depends on the bread, but mine doesn't match with this filling 😔 Anyway you can always leave the crust! ❤️
Chilled tomato noodle soup 🍅🍜 Ingredients (for 2 servings): 900-950 g of tomatoes. 150 g of noodles. Bunch of spring onions. 2 tbsp of sesame oil. 2-3 garlic cloves. Cut tomatoes into small pieces to make them easier to grind with a blender. Put chopped tomatoes in a bowl, add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of sugar, sesame oil and garlic. Puree with a blender. Then put it in the microwave for 3 min. Strain puree through a sieve. Chill tomato stock in the fridge! Prepare noodles, combine tomato stock and noodles in a bowl, add toppings to taste. @@nofrillsmeals My whole family loves imitation crab! I've often used it to make crab salad and maki rolls, never occurred to me to try it in a sandwich!
Creamy crab sandwiches 🥪 Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches): 4 slices of sandwich bread. 100 g of cream cheese. 100 g of crab meat (imitation). 4 slices of cheese. 15 g of red onion. 20-25 g of cucumber. Chop crab meat, cucumber and red onion. Place crab meat, cream cheese, cucumber and onion in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well. Put a slice of cheese on the bread and spread our crab mix evenly. Put on another slice of cheese and close the sandwich. Our sandwich is ready to eat, but I prefer to grill it for a couple of min. Simple hot dogs 🌭 Ingredients (for 2 hot dogs): 2 hot dog buns. 1 pickled cucumber (25-30 g). 2 sausages. 50-60 g of Korean-style carrots (or coleslaw). 40 g of grated cheese. 1 tbsp of ketchup. 1 tbsp of mayo. For sauce, mix 1 tbsp of mayo and ketchup. Brush buns with sauce, lay out chopped pickled cucumber, put in sausage and Korean-style carrots. Now it's cheese time! Bake in top-bottom mode for 5-7 min at 220°C (425°F). Bon appetit!
Tiramisu oatmeals 🍮☕ Ingredients (for 2 servings): 100 g of oats. 150 g of neutral yoghurt. 120 ml of milk. 20 g of chia seeds. 30 g of date syrup. 50 ml of strong coffee. Cocoa for sprinkling. Mix chia seeds, oatmeal, date syrup, milk and coffee. Put our mix into ramekins. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight. Layer with neutral yoghurt and sprinkle with cocoa. Bon appetit!

Simple and fresh tomato sandwiches 🍅🥪 Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches): 4 slices of bread. 100 g of cream cheese. 50 g of neutral yogurt. Spring onion. Dill. 2 tomatoes. Fry bread in a pan or on the grill. Cut tomatoes into slices. Cut herbs - I have spring onion and dill. Mix cream cheese, yogurt, herbs and salt in a bowl. Spread our sauce on bread. Now lay out tomatoes, close up sandwiches. Bon appetit!
@@nofrillsmeals So today I finally made time to create this salad. I did not exactly follow the quantities of the ingredients but the result was absolutely delicious. So I will definitely make this salad more often, I find the addition of cucumber refreshing and really adds to the flavour
Creamy ricotta pasta with marinated cherry tomatoes 🍝🍎 Ingredients (for 2 servings): 280-300 g of cooked pasta. 200 g of cherry tomatoes. 200 g of ricotta. 50 g of grated Parmesan. Fresh dill. 1-2 tbsp of lemon juice. 3 garlic cloves. 2 tbsp of olive oil. Put tomatoes in a container. Add fresh dill, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, garlic, salt and black pepper to taste. Close container and mix well. Leave tomatoes to marinate in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. Cook pasta, save 100 ml of pasta water. Pour 2 tbsp of olive oil into a heated pan and add ricotta. Cook over medium heat until ricotta melts. Add pasta water and grated Parmesan, mix well. Leave over medium heat for 3-4 min until our sauce thickens. Turn off heat, add pasta and add marinated tomatoes. Bon appetit!

Cheesy sandwich with mushrooms 🥪🧀🍄 Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches): 4 slices of sandwich bread. 200 g of mushrooms. 100 g of grated cheese. 20 g of red onion. 2 garlic cloves. Fry onion and garlic over high heat for a min. Reduce heat to medium and add mushrooms. Mix well and fry for 3-4 min. Add salt, black pepper and dill, stir and fry for another 2-3 min. Put half of the cheese on the sandwiches, then our mushrooms and another layer of cheese. Close the sandwich and grill it. Bon appetit!
Baked cakes with banana and oats 🥧🍌 Ingredients (for 2 servings): 1 large banana (120-140 g). 20-25 g of honey. 100 g of oats. 70 ml of milk. 5 g of baking powder. Mash banana with a fork. Mix banana, oats, milk, honey and baking powder in a bowl. Put our mix into ramekins, cover with toppings to taste. Bake in the "top-bottom" mode at 200°C (390°F) for 20 min. Bon appetit!
