MALHAVOC tv :[ Lots of classic footage coming your way from the man behind MALHAVOC. This is the place to find official info from the band. uTube has just created a branded MALHAVOC site. You will find our officially licensed music there. Check out our website for merch/bandcamp site www.malhavoc.com Do not be afraid to follow Jimi LaMort on his Facebook page too for daily shit.
@JimiLaMort so have I...but still, they should have hired some young touring musician as a singer. He is really straining and wobbling off key at times. For me, this crosses into "yikes" territory.
Members of BEAT(except Tony): " I can't believe I'm in this band!" Tony: "How can I improve my licks in Elephant Talk?" BEAT is a minor miracle for music fans. My favorite Steve Vai since Flex-Able; he joyfully dances while playing his blue Pia. ...and his frisky arpeggio going into the WORDS THAT BEGIN WITH 'D' THIS TIME --> MUAH!
Great! Do you have other videos of them? Or remember how they opened the show? I know the first song is Tainted Skies but do they play any sort of intro? Thank you!
Depends how important it is to you, Jimi: there's a lot you could do to improve the sound if you can be arsed. But isn't it only part of the song anyway?
Thank you very much for recording this and posting it, I was upset that I missed this because I was stuck at the entrance slowly being let through the front gates when this was happening, the rain made the line move even slower, but it was my fault for showing up late. It's too bad Filter had to go on so early and only played 6 songs, I hope they plan on coming back to Toronto to headline a show soon.
Love me some old Filter. The first 2 records. Saw them a few years back at The Opera House. They had a guitar player at the time who was shredding Van Halen style solo's over Hey Man Nice Shot which pissed me off as it ruined the whole vibe of the song. Is he still with them?
Can't wait to watch the whole thing to refresh my memory. Two memorable shows I saw at Foufounes Electriques back in the time was this one and Angry White Mob crushing some TV's.
I remember that show well. It was a mad dash getting all our inputs dialed in as usual. The guys played very well! Thanks for the blast from the past @jimi!
54 yrs old and still just love Malhavoc! Not even sure how me and my friends discovered them back in a day, but we never got to see them live:( So,Thanks for this! All the other bands from this era are sorta reinventing themselves (fear factory,etc..)...........Maybe?...........
Very Cool , wow Malhavoc Eh ,its been a while. We recorded with Rob also in the 90s he is a great guy and talented in the studio. Nice version and tribute. I have a couple of Malhavoc tapes still, Get Down and Premeditated Murder, and some Cheapcp 😜🎉🤸
