when i choose Reviewing owners must be verified, When a customer places an order and is able to give an immediate review. But I want to not be able to review the customer until the order is delivered
Thanks for watching the video! In this case, it is better to use teh "Nobody can submit" option for review forms on product pages and invite customers to submit reviews after several days when their order has been delivered. You can use the "Review Reminder" feature for this purpose.
Thanks for watching the video! Yes, absolutely. Since WooCommerce reviews are based on WordPress comments, the comments moderation settings also apply to reviews. So, if you go to Settings > Discussion page in WordPress admin panel and enable the "Comment must be manually approved" checkbox, new reviews shouldn't be displayed before you manually approve them.
it doesn't work for bulk editing. I have a purchased version. when I import the file for bulk edit after enabling this option. it doesn't show the field of GTIN in the downloaded csv file.
I followed the steps to import our products review to google we got approved everything all my products have GTN on our site but when we submitted the file in our Google account it shows GTN number missing and we just get the product review number show up in the file. Can you please help? Thank you
Thanks for watching the video! The checkbox to enable attachment of images was moved to the "Review Forms" tab of the plugin's settings in the latest version of the plugin. It is right after the "Review Extensions" tab.
Glad it was helpful! Not sure we understood your commend. The video is about adding a field for storing GTIN in WooCommerce. It assumes that the products you are selling already have GTINs assigned by their manufacturers.

Thanks for watching the video! It probably means that your website is under construction or you have some plugin that is blocking loopback requests. Loopback requests are used to perform various background processing tasks for WordPress. The CusRev plugin uses them for import of reviews.
Thanks for watching the video! Did you install the CusRev plugin? After you install it, please check this menu in WordPress admin console: Reviews > Import / Export
Thanks for watching the video! Yes, it should be possible. You just need to identify the relevant CSS class responsible for that color. We will try to show it in one of the future tutorials.

@@CusRev thank you for answer, but it's not what I'm looking for. I want to put reviews on homepage but reviews of my store, not product. Is it possible?
Yes, it is possible. To do that, you need to collect "store" reviews. Unlike product reviews, they aren't linked to any particular product but to your store in general. I still cant see or add customer reviews to my website. It seems that under settings, there is no "discussion" option for me to enable comments. I also tried to enable comments via the advanced section of products however the box does not exist on my wordpress site. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance 🙏🙏
Thanks for watching our tutorial! "Discussion" is a page in the standard WordPress settings. It is always available under the "Settings" menu in the admin panel. Could you please double check?
