Fantastic series. Wonderful to see this stuff done the way I'd do it, on the street and on a budget. I dig the chunky fitment, I just wish I could see those wheels more.
You should have kept the EF and tucked it away somewhere safe. The are so difficult to find in the UK still intact, I would give my left nut for one with the b16A engine
tire rubbing on drivers side.... it's telling you to lose.... haha just jokes. Probably just your body weight causing it. It doesn't take much. If you put in a passenger I'm sure you could get both sides rubbing 😄

It definitely wasn't a good idea to break the glass to open the door. There were thousands of ways to do it without breaking anything. Given the discontinuity of pieces later you will regret it. Every good part on those cars is a true treasure.
Not sure about where you are, but here in the US, we can just go to the Honda dealership with the vin and proof of ownership and have a new key cut from the vin. Could have saved you a lot of hassle and all the broken glass
