**Disclaimer: I am not a chef, just a passionate foodie, who loves cooking and trying diverse new recipes. I also enjoy interpreting recipes I grew up with while tweaking certain details according to my taste and liking. Feel free to ignore my changes and stick to the traditional ways if you would like.

My newer recipes will focus mostly on low carb diets ! I will try to post my pre and post glucose numbers with most recipes to demonstrate the crazy number fluctuations when we ear carbs !

Not exactly the traditional way you make this rice!! There's never oil in the water you boil the rice in till al dente, as you will have to rinse the rice before steaming it. The oil always comes during the steaming process. Why not add the Safran before rinsing the rice while you are at it? Wonder if the person making this dish is actually Persian!!!! Hmmmmm.

Perfect recipe! Thank you! Only thing I changed was I used one stick of butter in place of the oil for the tahdig. Also, I added an extra tablespoon of yogurt to the one cup of parboiled rice. Turned out perfectly. Making it again tonight!

سالاد الویه ایران کاملا با روسیش منفاوته اصلا نمیدونم چرا بهش میگیم الویه😂😂😂 مثل استامبولی پلو که ایرانیه هیچ ربطی به ترکیه نداره، همه دنیا همه چیو به نام خودشون میزنن ما ایرانیا برعکسیم😂 زیبا بود❤❤❤ دمت گرم

Also note, never use hot water from a faucet for cooking, only use cold. Hot water sitting around in a tank and pipes leaches out heavy metals or plasticizers. This is why old recipes often explicitly say to “use cold water”, the problem was especially bad with leaded pipes or soldering. There is also bacteria that grow, but generally these aren’t pathogenic when consumed, but can sometimes cause problems in other routes. Tap water isn’t sterile, so this is while boiling water is *required* for things like keto pots.

Thank you for this recipe! I made it, the only thing is how do I turn over without the rice making a mess? It didn’t stick together, like yours with a perfect shape, the rice just broke all over 😂

No rice can be fully cleansed from arsinac it's best not to eat it at all that's if you want to live, the music in this vid sounds like funeral music called farewell to all who ate arsinac rice⚰️
