Great vid dude. Yea years ago I would just beat myself up for failing and that really locks me into a negative identity . Our brain makes an effort and reward calculation everytime we iniciate a task and if you have the identity of "i am a failure," the brain will just tell you to not bother. But by sitting down and analizing failures, besides actually learning, you are reframing your failure as a OBSTACLE not an ENDING. So at the end there you make a point there about sometimes there really isn't anything to learn but you should analyze it anyways, I agree. I would add one thing that analyzing our success can also be helpful as well. So for example, Resisting urges like jerking off takes alot of energy for your brain to do. If I had a good night sleep, the chance of me suceeding is way higher. So it's all about just understanding and cultivating things that help us suceed. Keep up the good work!
It's probably physically impossible unless you have a gf to relieve that urge. Think about it. Without that sexual urge mankind would not have survived or any species for that matter.
Yes, self image really is alot to talk about. Since as you said you cannot change your ambition everyday or cannot just imagine your future self being what you dream of if you actually don't take actions to work towards achieving your dream.
