This made me realize I talk about myself and my art work too negatively. I always have back in mind i haven't improved, because there aren't really big improvements in my art. I know I got better in anatomy, color, perspective, drawing in general, but I feel like it doesn't reflect on my recent drawings. Thanks for this video, it realy helped me a lot. In the past, whenever I started drawing something, I would realize how bad it is and I would stop trying and I would be demotivated. Since then I've learnt that I should try to be patient with myself because learning can be a slow process, and just like you mentioned in the video, sometimes it is useful to compliment ourselves even for small things (for example making a little progress in lineart or shading, etc.). I hope your words will reach many other people as well! 🥺 Your art is absolutely amazing and beautiful! ❤

I’m not sure if it’s called the same in English, but the tool I’m using is the "Watercolor Flat Brush" from the watercolor tools. It’s super useful just as it is, and I absolutely love it!😻 If you’re using Clip Studio, definitely give it a try!

The recommendation really depends on what you'd like to study, but if you're looking for the basics ...umm, "Figure Drawing: Design and Invention" would be a good choice!

It really helps seeing mistake being corrected rather than just showing how it should be drawn, I can compare them to may own mistakes that way and how I should correct them. Its surprising how such small changes can make such a huge difference.
