Not sure what region and culture have to do with a privacy screen. People use this privacy screen material across all parts of the US. I probably wouldn't use it in Florida during a hurricane on a flimsy fence though. My particular application was on a house in Southern California. But i've seen it used in New York, Oklahoma, Iowa, etc. It's waterproof and durable. It is already several years old now since I posted the video, but added appeal to the property when it sold earlier this year.

It is a little screwed up, but I think maybe a lot of these overweight bundles may be slipping through so that's why they may not be too concerned. I have got the same email response from customer service. BTW: The clerk at the Post Office told me they are told to just take overweight packages and they will somehow collect from Mercari or whomever issued the label. I am still wary with bundles on Mercari though. Poshmark is also bad with bundles over 5 pounds (you have to cancel the label they send you and get a new label and you pay the extra amount).

The BV 350 were really nice. The 400 came out in the US and replaced the 350 right when I was going to buy a 350. Faster, More Stable, and a lot more torx at high speeds for instant get out of the way power. Especially when compared to a Suzuki Burgman 400.
@@RandyDreammaker can confirm. Did the Klausenpass here in Switzerland last weekend on my BV350. Both blasting down the autobahn at a constant 75mph as climbing a 5000ft mountain were no problem.

When you buy a scooter this big, basically a 400 CC Motorcycle, you need to buy it close enough for the dealer to deliver it for free, unless you own a pick-up truck or motorcycle trailer. I am by the Rose Bowl, so I bought it at the Los Angeles Vespa in Sherman Oaks.
