Not a good meet for me. You caught my shunt in race two, but what you didn't see is that I already had heavy damage having been punted a few laps earlier. I might have snagged a point without that, but to be honest I just didn't have the pace at any point. It's ok though! I made up for it at Singapore!
@@seniordipshitter8954 There are rules and standards. It's not the league's fault for some of the drivers to drive like they're alone on track. There will be penalties handed despite this tier being lenient.
Thanks to Menno for giving me a last-minute drive in this one! Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to practice until about an hour before quali, but the weather really helped me out. I actually love racing in the rain, and even though I gained places by pitting at the right time in race 1 I actually gained even more places through pure wet-weather driving! I ended up in the points from near the back of the grid, which I was absolutely stoked about. Race 2 didn't go anywhere near as smoothly though. I just didn't have the pace in the dry, and my car was set up for wet conditions which obviously didn't help matters. I've apologised to Patrekur for the contact.
Thanks Caitlin! This one was tougher than usual, wanted to get as many overtakes in as possible but struggled to find commentary to support some of it. (Not a dig at you or Ryan, there was bigger picture to cover)
@@GeriatricFan1963 Yeah, that's understandable. I noticed a much faster-paced editing style in this one, which is probably a reflection of that. It's great to see that you're taking it so seriously!
1:51:54 - In the end, we're all glad he didn't keep coming, edging him to the wall, holding onto the position. Sadly, there was no happy endind following.
1:49:24 - Not using Mike's slipstream because I wasn't gonna pass there😛 1:51:57 - Nah, it happened right that lap when you were busy watching Knox in the kitty litter(wasn't even planned)😅
Great commentary, loved it! Disappointed with my race pace, I felt like a could have had a couple of podiums with my practice pace, 6th will have to do. On to the next!
