Great video, Sylvia. Cheese steaks are so good. I season almost everything with Montreal steak seasoning. It's my #1 go-to. Also, I like to put the provolone on the bottom and put Tostitos cheese dip on the top, add some ranch, and I'm good to go. It's also really good wrapped in a tortilla. I have videos of both ways. Have a great weekend, my friend.
@TheSillyKitchenwithSylvia in Philly, they use cheese whiz, I think that stuff is gross. Now, the Tostitos cheese dip has fantastic flavor, so I use it on all my cheese steaks. Be careful calling them Philly because there are people out there who'll jump all over you for that. That's why I don't call them Phillys. Mine are better than there's anyway, lol.
I bet you are really loving the Blackstone. For me and cheese steaks I use a mix of spg with onion and msg powder. I use this as a general purpose seasoning. Be careful calling it a Philly with bell peppers in it. The Philly Cheese Steak Police may give you some trouble in the comments. For me I enjoy peppers in my cheese steaks. I recently made a video making Pepperoni Cheese Steaks that turned out great. Pretty much no matter how you make them they always come out delicious. Great job.
You have quite an outdoor cooking selection! This Blackstone product looks really nice. $225 is a really great price too! Top 5 recipes...All sorts of burgers and stir fries. 😊🍁🍂
Yep! You nailed it, Sylvia! I landed on 3oz meat balls. 2.5oz for a little smaller. Hot griddle, thin sliced onion, and definitely a burger sauce! There are a million combinations, so I think I can eat a different flavor for the rest 9f my life!😀 But, I love just the sauce, double meat, double cheese. Adding toppings is just a bonus. 👍👍👍😋
It's an old meme that died like a year ago, someone said something about pinecone jam, which is real, and someone made a joke talking about barbecue hammers
You bought a beautiul turkey, but I like my turkey cooked a nice golden brown, with a crispy, not slimy skin on top. Lookes tender though. Thanks for sharing.
1. Venison steak 2. Stir fry 3. Burger patties 4. Charred bell peppers 5. Cumberland pork sausages - I still respect your list and fully see the reason behind it.
Thats awesome 👌 Sylvia you definitely will have fun cooking on that griddle.....and welcome back it has been a minute. As for the first cook I would go with bacon and eggs. Cheers 🍻
Congratulations, Sylvia! You will absolutely love your new Blackstone! The 22 inch is truly a great size, too! Definitely, smashburgers, chicken fried rice, any breakfast, which is 100+ variations. Bacon, eggs, pancakes, French toast, breakfast burritos, and on and on! You can literally cook just about anything on it! I'm looking forward to seeing your cooks!!!👍✌️🎉
