Welcome to the Josh Bates RU-vid Channel. On this channel I share my experience with building and driving the vehicles I own creating a series for you guys to enjoy! If you like what you see then stick around because there is MUCH more on the way!!
It won’t blow your engine or harm it as long as your not doing it for an extended period of time which in that case will heat up your engine way to much and cause it to blow up but if you continue doing short redlines like this you will be fine
Id wager its only dangerous if its been tuned or turboed. Otherwise, porsche's engineered their car well. You should be fine! 🤟 keep killing it bro, love the build
Thinking of getting the MK7 ST to replace my standard MK6 1.2 L . Do you mind me asking what the insurance was like on your car before mods ? That is the only thing I am unsure if I can afford it or not . Thanks
Congrats to you and your brother! I currently own a stage 2r st like you did (mine is from pumaspeed) and the cayman you bought is literally my runner up after the st (roadtax is the reason I got the st + parents opinion haha) So we got pretty similar taste when it comes to cars :) + I don't get where all the hate comes from in this comment section
AHHHHHH I WANT TO DO THE EXACT SAME THING!!!!!! should I just get a Boxster S and take it to the top or stay with the cayman S? its a tough choice to make!
Who gives a fugg how they got it. These guys are living the fugging dream and fair do’s. Haters would love to be in the same position. Well done boys, you’ve smashed it and i respect the fact you’re doing it as brothers too!! Congrats boys, beauty of a whip! First video so have subscribed, look forward to future vids.
Our parents don’t give us money. But what they do do is allow us to live at home rent free so we can use the money we earn ourselves to invest into our future. (or buy a nice car 😂)
Great pick- I did it too! 2014 S 6-speed. Absolutely love it. Looked at F-types too, but I’m more about the light, mid-engine, (naturally aspirated), epic-handling sports car. Oh yeah! Happy motoring!
If not wanting to keep the old ones ,could you not cut them out ,if just pull out ,and save the hassle ? If just clip new ones in -avoiding the brackets etc
