Possums don't carry rabies. Their body temperature is too low for the virus to survive. Also, freezing like that is a defense mechanism, like playing dead. It's very rare for them to attack people or pets. They get a bad rap because of misinformation. I'd much rather have an opossum hanging around my home than a skunk, groundhog, or raccoon. They eat pests like ticks, and can be fairly beneficial to have around.
Yeah don't do that they carry rabies they're not technically infected with them but they are carriers of the infection they're not good for the environment or you please call in animal control for your safety and possibly the safety of your children neighbors children or pets
@@mariamyupperz7614 Try telling it to those animal babies, who died because of this "myth" or to those animals, who rejected their offsprings because of smell, that was different than one they had, before they got separated from their parents for some reason.
@@GenLaw. It happens with many animals and birds in many cases. I even started guessing that my dog (who is almost blind) started rejecting one of family members, because he might smell differently, than he used to and the dog started recognising him as someone, who is a stranger, but not a family member. Ps., My dog never was friendly with strangers. She never in her life let the stranger to get near her and pet her. Only those neighbours and friends, who comes often and interracts with our pets, are sometimes allowed to touch her, because sometimes she is patient.
I miss Spence for what they were, before they went pop. They seem to have disappeared from the scene, and I'm heartbroken, because they truly were amazing. I bought and downloaded every one of their albums. I also was friends with Daniel on social media, a really great guy.
I wish my own local CEC was energy. :( for the suits they only want money and to get off the suit but,one at Florida was my local is Saginaw MI he doesn’t even clap or jump or anything. :( I wish the Chuck in Saginaw my local he would be more like energetic. :c
