Khao Lak town is less than 10 mins away in a taxi. The hotel does free shuttle buses to and from the town during the day. Not sure what time the last bus is but the taxis are cheap.
Yes there are safes in the rooms, the type that you set your own code and they are free to use. It’s a great hotel. Sorry for the late reply and glad you liked the video 😀

Hey how far was this from the TUI blue hotel ? Also did you do any elephant sanctuaries etc. how far is Phuket in a taxi from the TUI hotel and how much would this cost. Hope you can help thank you in advance 😊
This is about 10 minutes drive from the hotel we stayed at which was Mai Khao Lak tui blue. It think it was about 1hr 30 mins drive from Phuket. Yes we booked the elephant sanctuary trip from tour place on the beach which also included bamboo river rafting. I have done a video of the river rafting part of the day. It was absolutely brilliant highly recommend it. Not sure how much it would be to Phuket in a taxi sorry.
I never gave it a thought until you’ve asked but now you mention it did always seem to be bottles. I’m not sure if they do have draft but i think we always got bottles.
Yes it was April 2023 that we were there. We went went during the school half term which is always a busier time but I would expect it to get busier the closer it gets to summer as the weather improves. They deceived us. We returned a year later and although we made the reservation in advance, they assigned us the same room. In the same OLD building... lies, pure lies, they let us go, in fact, they told us to go away, we went to the Moon Palace.

It’s was around 44 THB to £1 British pound. I don’t actually know if you can use a card or not on the beach as we only had cash ☺️ thank you for watching 👍🏻
