Just saw video from Helene flooding with propane tanks and something the shape and size of a silo floating willy nilly down the street. Was curious if anybody ever posted videos warning of propane hazards during a flood. Guess they did.
I am having that problem now with the previous owner putting asphalt in the back close to the house and dudnt level it. Now when it rains it seeps in the basement. Do i use a landscaper or what other professional?
ive cut down over a 1000 dead ash trees over the past 5-6 years here in central iowa its sad how devastating they are. were to the point now that most the ash trees that arent dead are ones that people got to early with treatment and have kept up on it.
I wonder how this compares to leaving a 50mm air gap behind your stud frame and running a dehumidifier for that space? An extra solar panel or two would cover the running cost, and you wouldn't have all that synthetic foam sitting there offgassing and being a fire hazard inside your home. You would have to make sure the insulation couldn't fall out the back of the stud frame and block up the air gap, but that wouldn't be difficult to design in.
Manure is best if only half composted, and leaving the biology in tact. Sanitary soil actually removes microbes from the soil and destabilizes the biology. But thats just temporary until it balances out

I'm sure they're just too busy battling these horrible plagues that are possibly a result of monocropping. I'm researching the fact that bag after bag of Pennington 40# Black Oil Sunflower has over 80% of kernals half eaten out. Most bags have some residual weevils which look black. Is this a different weevil?
All I know is that countless tress have saved people . A tree has stopped a speeding cars many a time and I can say one of these algae tanks could stop a car 😂
well you hear that listen i just fired up the 450 john deer dozer listen......its warming up.... and i just started bulldozing the house hear it...ooook now just about done filling the basement up and packing down the old house with the dozer.... some diesel fuel in there and lots of it cause its all wet...and VOILA have drink on me.
