For the wealthiest Country in the world- It's so sad If you have MONEY, you Live- If you're POOR you'll DIE QUICKER. If Americans Love HUMAN LIFE as much as they LOVE their GUNS- then the WHOLE NATION, RICH or POOR would have a FREE point of NEED National Health Service, just like We have in the UK PAID run by the Government through INCOME TAX & NI contributions.

Great job, young lady! 👏 The way you reflected on your overall journey and where you want to go, really inspired me to reflect on my own higher education journey as a working adult with a family finishing up undergrad. Programs that send email after interviews, saying youre the best interview and that you are set to match, then DONT follow through and rank you high enough to actually do so, are the most slimy, disgusting programs of all. Be happy you didnt match there, zero integrity. Wish we could all name and shame these programs.

Are there specialties that have you doing mostly procedures? I wanna be a surgeon bc of anatomy and want to use my hands and be hands on but don’t know if I’m cut for it
@brinawang
@brinawang 11 месяцев назад
yes! emergency medicine and anesthesiology are both non-surgical specialties that are very procedural. EM docs stitch up lacerations, intubate, even deliver a few babies! inteventional radiologists also do a lot of procedures and work very closely with surgeons, as many things that used to be treated surgically can now be treated with by IR docs. there are also subspecialties within internal medicine that are procedural -- interventional GI is an example that comes to mind. so lots of options to choose from, each with their pros and cons!

Congratulations on the interview and decision of specialties. Question: How important would you say preclinical grades are for a successful match in surgery?
@brinawang
@brinawang 11 месяцев назад
thanks! :) my medical school did not have preclinical grades, and an increasing number of med schools are going pass/fail for the preclinical years. so while i imagine preclinical grades are part of the picture, i've been told that markers of your clinical aptitude (i.e., clinical grades, letters of recommendation, etc.) are considered most important by program directors. this paper corroborates that: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19240447/ hope this is helpful!

hey! i was wondering about your experiencing doing your honors thesis in international studies but not neurobio. i'm an undergrad pre-med student majoring in biochem and Spanish, and I know I want to graduate with honors, I just don't know which one (idk if I want to do both). did you graduate with honors in international studies but no honors in neurobio? do you think I would be at a disadvantage if I went with my heart and did Spanish for honors rather than biochem?
@brinawang
@brinawang Год назад
hey! yes, i chose to do just one honors thesis in international affairs. i don't think it put me at a disadvantage at all. in fact, it allowed me to have more interesting/unique answers in my interviews, and to build experience/skills that have been transferrable to my medical school research projects. i think the key thing to remember here is that this may your last opportunity to do sustained research in Spanish, whereas you will definitely be able to do additional basic/clinical science research in medical school if you so choose. so 100% you should follow your heart! (and it doesn't hurt that Spanish proficiency is also very transferrable to medicine!)

I’m 65band my husband 68 we are both retired with over $3 million in net worth with an obama care insurance and no debts. Currently living smart and frugal with our money. There are many lucrative investments out there. I always tell people that saving is good, but investing is best. If you keep your money in the bank, you cannot make profits. You also have to give up a lot when it comes to saving. My advice is that before considering investing, you should consult an investment advisor first so you don't make a mistake or regret it later. I started Investment with the help of a financial expert Regina Louise Collaro , she is quite popular for her services so you might have heard of her. I earn on a monthly basis through passive income with her Financial aid

You are correct skoopqueen, I am only one of many who gained from working with Regina Louise Collaro. I had no reason to live when I lost my job due to COVID in 2020, and it will always be a memorable year in my life. Regina made it possible for me to live comfortably through passive income, thus I owe her my life. To be completely honest, I think she is an angel who was sent to help those who are struggling financially.

Thank you for posting something so authentic! I started bullet journaling during my electives, and I'm trying to sort out a new system for when I go into clerkship this fall. I was doing a monday-to-friday hourly schedule on the right-hand side of a grid notebook (my elective schedule couldn't be imported to my calendar, and it was a tragedy), with a whole bunch of weekly chaos on the right. Now that I'm trying again, I think I'm going to do a small handful of yearly/habit trackers at the front, and then see if I can organize my "weekly notes" a bit better this time around. These ideas are great, and I love that your journal looks so much like mine! 😅

Female humans that gave birth to infants get lots of emergency financial aid for their heat from Social Services. Pop infants out of vaginas because there are financial incentives to pop infants out of vaginas. The government encourages female humans to pop infants out of vaginas and to be illiterate. Jan 3, 2022, 11:26 AM Medicare went up and my Medicare doesn't pay for anything. Pregnant women and children don't have to pay anything for their Medicare or Medicaid and they don't have to pay co-payments for their medical care and they get free expensive medical care with no hassles at all. So if you drop out of high school and get pregnant then the government pays for everything. If have been on SSI which is Supplemental Security Income from the Social Security Administration and public assistance your whole entire life then people seem to like you more. The government encourages people to be high school dropouts and pregnant teenagers by making sure that the government pays for everything for them. But if you work at employment for a while then they make you pay for Medicare and then you are told that your Medicare doesn't pay for anything and they try to get me to pay HUGE medical bills that I cannot afford. I can barely afford to live here where I do but some people don't seem to. There are financial incentives to give birth to children. Money from the government pays for all the diapers that the infants and toddlers shit poop and pees in. The government has plenty of money to pay for diapers for children that female humans give birth to. It is a luxury to give birth to children but most female humans take it for granted that the government pays for all the food that their children eat. More orphans and orphanages because why? Human infant factories that cause poverty. Jan 3, 2022, 12:31 PM Some people did not get educations because they had to work in gardens to grow foods to eat and work on farms to milk cows and shovel cow shit which stinks and they did the best that they knew how. Some people don't see the purpose of sitting in brick buildings that money from the government pays for. Money from the government paid to build the buildings that the schools are in. Our grandparents went to one-room schoolhouses and they did not take it for granted that they learned how to read and write. Some people did not learn how to read and write. Our grandparents knew how to sew and knit and crochet and make their own clothes. Our grandparents and parents knew how to grow food to eat in gardens. It is a different kind of knowledge. People have different kinds of knowledge. People have different ideas. Some people say that you don't learn about life from being in school. The only reason these people give birth to infants is that they get food stamps and W.I.C.-women, infants and children food vouchers and HEAP and free baby cribs and car seats for free and I am not saying to take these things away from these people but the government could also give to the people who don't have children and the senior citizens too. There are so many financial incentives that the government has and that is the only reason why they have been giving birth to so many children which can cause the population to get too high. It is sad Okay 💌😷🤓🤓😍 It is so very sad that my mom has lived her life in such severe poverty. It is so sad that Social Services provides lots of emergency financial assistance to pregnant women but Social Services doesn't provide that much financial assistance to my mom. I like your suggestions for my mom and dinner out or a short trip or something that my mom wants. Sep 27, 2021, 8:11 AM 11/28/21, 10:12 PM Jan 24, 2022, 11:19 AM More direct relief is needed because the poorest people are not getting the money from the government 🙁 When money is given to different government agencies only certain people are getting that money. Direct relief is Economic Impact Payments from the Internal Revenue Service 🙁 A fourth Economic Impact Payment should be sent out but the government agencies that give money to the Internal Revenue Service have not sat down to do this yet 🙁 The Biden-Harris Administration has to sign those paperwork things so that more money can be sent out from the Internal Revenue Service, please 🙁 The Senate floor is where some of the infrastructures for economic stuff is being done 🙁 Renew the Child Tax Credit from the Internal Revenue Service for another year, please! The money for the Child Tax Credits will be used by parents for their children and it will sweeten them up and make them happier! Renew the Economic Impact Payments from the Internal Revenue Service for another year please so that people who don't have children and senior citizens can buy food that they like to eat, please! Children also get Economic Impact Payments from the Internal Revenue Service so there are financial incentives to give birth to lots of children. Children get child tax credit money from the Internal Revenue Service and they get Economic Impact Payments from the Internal Revenue Service. Feb 25, 2022, 8:41 PM

otda.ny.gov/.../directives/2003/ADM/03_ADM-10.pdf... otda.ny.gov 🤓🤓 It's environmental. What is an environment? What creates environments? The criterion for public assistance in this memo should have been followed in about 2002 according to the memo otda.ny.gov/.../directives/2003/ADM/03_ADM-10.pdf... Everyone would have a lot more if Social Services followed the criterion for public assistance in these memos Yes, I agree too When you read the criterion in that memo they should have been doing this stuff for public assistance in about 2002 According to the criterion in that memo, people should be able to keep the money won from Bingo which would improve business at the casinos I'm reading the link you sent about recipients being able to keep some money for the purpose of paying tuition now, Becky. That's a great idea. I'm glad they're doing this now. It's about time. otda.ny.gov 🤓🤓 Lots of people can have investments in the stock market if they follow the criterion the way they are supposed to. 5. Q: A number of questions have been raised as to which retirement (pension) plans have to included as resources and which ones are excluded. A: In general the cash value of a pension plan is excluded from resources with certain exceptions. The following is an illustrative but non-exhaustive list of types of retirement savings and pension plans that are excluded: · 457 plans (plans for State and local governments and other tax-exempt organizations); · 401 (k) plans (generally a cash-or-deferred arrangement and generally limited to for-profit organizations). · Federal Employee Thrift Savings plan; · Section 403 (b) plans (tax-sheltered annuities provided for employees of tax-exempt organizations and state and local educational organizations); · Section 01 (c)(18) plans (retirement plans for union members consisting of employee contributions to certain trusts that must have been established before June 1959); and · Keogh plans that involve a contractual obligation with someone who is not a household member.! This from the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance internet website. This is about 899 pages. The criterion for public assistance otda.ny.gov/programs/temporary-assistance/TASB.pdf otda.ny.gov Keogh plans, 403 b plans, 401 k are not counted resources according to the criterion for public assistance. Not counted resources should not be factored into the allowable amounts for public assistance. The caseworkers should not ask what the cash value of the pensions are because they are not counted resources! They cause poverty in the Communities! Police officers in Utica,NY might need this information please!! 3/22/21, 6:56 PM otda.ny.gov otda.ny.gov/policy/directives/2016/ADM/16-ADM-09.pdf otda.ny.gov 🤓🤓 I sent you the information to read. The information that I sent you is information that you can use to help yourself with public assistance from Social Services and financial assistance and for improving the economy. This is only one memo on the computer internet website for New York State Temporary and Disability Assistance for the criterion for public assistance. There are lots of memos for criterion for public assistance on the computer internet website for New York State Temporary and Disability Assistance. Everyone would have a lot more if all the caseworkers followed the criterion in the memos. There are phone numbers on the memos to call regarding the criterion in the memos for public assistance. It is frustrating. I am not sure. We means a group of people. We are reading the memos from the New York State Temporary and Disability Assistance computer internet website because the local Social Services doesn't follow the criterion for public assistance the way it should. A few people have called the phone numbers on the memos to speak to the employees about the criterion in the memos but it is frustrating. Google on the computer internet website to find more memos for public assistance to read. We would all have more if every Social Services followed the criterion in the memos. 🤓🤓 The only reason these people give birth to infants is that they get food stamps and W.I.C.-women, infants and children food vouchers and HEAP and free baby cribs and car seats for free and I am not saying to take these things away from these people but the government could also give to the people who don't have children and the senior citizens too. There are so many financial incentives that the government has and that is the only reason why they have been giving birth to so many children which can cause the population to get too high. 🤓🤓 Medicare pays for birth control pills Medicaid pays for birth control pills Money from the government pays for Medicare and Medicaid which means that money from the government pays for birth control pills Money from the government pays for all the diapers that the infants and toddlers shit, poop and pee in so it shouldn't be an issue to have money from the government pay for abortion It's not taxpayer's money paying for abortions. Abortions should be a choice that an individual person makes but ignorant bible thumping wants to take their rights to make choices to have an abortion away. Bible thumpers pray to a dead man whose name is Jesus. Money from the government pays for all the food that the infants and toddlers and children eat so it shouldn't be an issue to have money from the government pay for abortions too The government should have the United States Department of Agriculture grow more fresh fruits and fresh vegetables for food to eat You are very right when you say that some people have been finding it difficult to feed themselves and it is sad. A lot of the female gender has been causing poverty. The female gender that loves being mothers and values their role as mothers are causing lots of poverty because they don't see how education can improve the economy. The type of education that the mothers seem to want for their children is coloring in coloring books and pregnant before the age of twenty years old because the government has financial incentives to get pregnant. There are so many financial incentives that the government has to get pregnant and getting food from the government is one reason why they give birth to so many children which causes over-population. There is not enough employment for the amount of people that need employment and that is why the majority of the people are on SSI which is Supplemental Security Income from the Social Security Administration 🙁 Economic reasons are why people are on disability from the Social Security Administration 🙁 Most people don't have disabilities and they are just given a diagnosis so that they can get their SSI which is Supplemental Security Income from the Social Security Administration 🙁 Just say that there is not enough employment for the amount of people that need employment which is a lot more honest 🙁 Most people are on SSI which is Supplemental Security Income from the Social Security Administration for economic reasons Fair wages. Fair pay. Compensation for the physical labor that they do is needed, please. Also, the cost of food is too expensive because most people are on disability from the Social Security Administration and public assistance and the government has not created employment for agriculture to grow fresh fruits and fresh vegetables and food to eat yet. It is sad. The female humans are giving birth to infants faster than farms can grow food to feed the children being born because the government has lots of financial incentives that cause pro-birth. They have to work on the economy and the government has to create financial incentives to have fewer children being born. Praying
