I wish I could give zero stars to Eprolo, as they’ve thoroughly earned it during the four months I've been using their services. The 2-3 days processing time advertised on their FAQ is misleading-over 40% of my orders were delayed, with some not shipped for up to two weeks or more. Their shipping policy is equally unreliable, offering no solutions when packages are delivered later than the express shipping timeframe paid for, unless the delay surpasses 30 days. Eprolo has consistently demonstrated a lack of regard for their customers. If there are other options available for your business, I recommend avoiding Eprolo altogether.
As Eprolo customer for 4 months! My experience with Eprolo over the past four months has been deeply unsatisfactory. Despite promises of a 2-3 day processing time, as mentioned in their FAQs, I've seen over 40% of my orders delayed, often not shipped for two weeks or more. Their shipping policy is also misleading; even when deliveries are delayed beyond the expedited timeframe I paid for, their inflexible policy offers no recourse unless the delay exceeds 30 days. Eprolo has shown a consistent disregard for their customers. If you have alternative options for your business needs, I advise steering clear of Eprolo.
Upload one or two videos every day and week. If you want to do t shirt design business, it will be available. Shipping time will be maximum. How many days will it be..? Upload the videos after a very long time...?
Provide the fastest shipping available and you guys will be the #1 dropship supplier, not easy and cheap bit if you have the money go for it because there are new suppliers coming out every day
Does Eprolo offer their own shipping prices and delivery time information for Aliexpress products, or must I use only the Aliexpress shipping information? (Aliexpress shipping is very long)
