On site warranty my ***. Havent seen my machine in almost 6 weeks! Got a hot open cab loaner while my closed cab is sitting on the dealers lot. I'll never even think of buying another one of these again. Been a pain from the 1st day I put one on a job!

I would be more intrested in seeing what actual customers who own sany excavators with some decent hours have to say good and bad . But not seeing many reviews but plenty of reviews for other brands.
We have a sy35u. Has about 60 hours on it, no problems so far. Machine is strong. Reliefs and pressures were set perfectly from factory. The only complaints I have is the seat is solid mounted, no air or spring and it’s mounted a little high for a tall guy like me. Only other complaint is the door opening is narrower than other brands, makes it a little inconvenient for a big shouldered person to get in and out. At $15k less than a Deere 35g, I can deal with it. Also, the warranty is out of this world and no service truck fees if and when it breaks down.
I've owned my sany 35 for a year now, around 300 hours - its been nothing but great. The machine's hydraulics are a little slow from the factory so my dealer sped those up a bit which helped the machine a ton (they apparently only come from the factory at 85%). I have lots of hours in a deere 35 as well and the sany has a longer reach and is noticeably stronger.
Like it. I have a big suggestion. To stop the naysayers from criticizing Sany equipment...can you do a steel strength test to compare your steel to other brands such as Caterpillar? Show where the steel comes from? What grade of steel is used? Rockwell hardness test on the bolts? This would help you sell your product to naysayers. Thanks
