Nice video. I've never wheeled there when it's rained like that. Really pretty. I wonder how much water escalator was holding in the bowls? That would be cool to see.
My wife and I are traveling out there for the first week of October 2024. Are you still operating that late in the season? Also, she is disabled and partially in a wheelchair. She can stand to transfer but will need assistance. Can that be arranged?
It's AMAZING out there after a storm. The scenery is completely different with waterfalls, pools, and lack of traffic. I can't believe how much rain came down from a storm that lasted only 20 minutes!
He actually got spotted numerous times, but he was having a hard time following the line he was given. Also 2 seat Honda Talons really struggle on this obstacle! As you can see!
I've done Hells Gate a lot. Never did I need a spotter. Keep your rig horizontal. That's it, that's the trick. Hells revenge and hells gate are way overrated on internet land..
Not a mechanic, but i bet the severe angle caused oil to get somewhere it shouldn't be and then burned off in the exhaust. I think I've heard JLs have this problem over like 35⁰ish degrees of incline. Maybe more or less. Pretty sure there's a fix for it as well if you're going to be spending lots of time at extreme angles like this
That was so much fun to watch! Do you think a 76 yr old woman 4'11", 104 lbs. could do it cause I'll be coming to Utah after summer. I'd even be happy riding with someone.
@german7744 Appears to have sophisticated drive and not inexpensive engine . Do you build these as a business What are the details of this example ? Your price is attractive.
@@peted5217 I can pull an LS engine and trans from any junk yard and throw it in for easy 400+hp that’s $1000, then I would buy a pre fabricated frame that someone has sitting around and doesn’t need for 2-3k the wheels and tires look like they are 40s or a little bigger I can buy for 2k braking system for another 2k and then all the other bits and prices for a few grand more. But I’d honestly just save the time and money and buy a turbo side by side
@@peted5217I forgot the axels will be the most expensive part of the build if you get Dana 44s or something like that it’s like 5-15k depending on what ones you want
