This looks like the film run in reverse from about at least a few months ago !!Even people who are nuts about dozers and dump trucks get tired seeing the same thing even when run reverse . 😵
So what stabilises the soil to prevent it just getting washed away? Unless there were previously installed pilings to backfill against, its all a giant waste of time and effort. You might as well try to fill in the Grand Canyon with sand.
