Look at my Set Boni at the End. Extreme Affix maxed out and you need to spend you Legend Points into the Extreme Perk in your Drivers Profile. When you fly and hold down Square (or whatever your Extreme Mode Button is) the Aircraft will behave like this!

Hey i use sequential Gearbox. Steering Settings: Custom, 80, 0, 100, Off, 95, 95 and make sure ESP is off.
