Hi Guys, Welcome to the Family! We are Kris & Cody. We travel as much as we can as often as we can and base ourselves between the UK & The Philippines. We pride our self on visiting the long lost gems of the Philippines, and showing you the places that others don't.
Our motto is, to see what you have never seen, you most go where others haven't been!!
Join us, we post weekly vlog's and have a goal of visiting every province in the Philippines, we are on 28 and counting.. Lets do this!
Climbed mt. Manaphag few months ago and that was definitely a hard climb, one wrong step and you'll fall. Thanks to the stones and the roots of the tree there. That was my first hike and I couldn't believe I made it at the peak, no great views tho :( but it was the most fulfilling one - that climb was a climb for a cause because of the encroachment of the mining companies attempting to mine mt. manaphag. We hope you can include this to your prayers that the mining will never happen EVER
To all the foreigners and foreign vloggers out there. This will show you that not all Filipino events and occasions come in the form of colorful boisterous fiestas with street dancings --- not all fiestas are similar to Sinulog or Ati atihan. For each time Holy Week comes round, things turn into sober, solemn --- and Filipino devout take it seriously. Ah yes. A little FYI. Your companion asked you why one Christ+ statue carrying the Cross had a blackened complexion, such as the face. This is actually a replica statue, a copy of the infamous Nuestro Padre Hesus Nazareno de Quiapo, a renowned miraculous Lifesize statue of Christ+ carrying the Cross. It came from Mexico, was brought to the Philippines in 1606 and was carved from dark coloured mesquite wood.
Hi, came across your video because I was looking to buy a property in Iloilo, but faced foreign ownership issues. Can you help me abide by the law and still purchase? Maybe just direct me to the right people 😊
hey paul, im sure we can help you out with what your able to do and what your not. So as a foreigner you are not able to buy or own land or own houses. You can get around this if you are married to a filipina and you can buy in there name which comes with risks as you would imagine. If you did go down this route i believe you could buy in a filipinos name and sign a lease to yourself for lets say 50 years for example which could be a a safer option. You are able to legally own condominiums in your own name which is what we did. Although the condo we purchased looks like a small terraced house... on the deed its a condo which is how we managed to get it. There 3rd way i know of is to buy within a company type setting were the company can buy land but as i understood it 51% of the company must be filipino owned. Generally speaking iloilo is a really good choice because its super modern and its improving constantly and is most likely the best city to live in out of all the others we have seen... not to mention the growth of the city is only heading 1 way. Our condo has gone up somewhere between 15-20% since we bought it and we have not moved in yet due to covid so you have picked a really good location and its getting more and more expensive each year. Even as you walk through the malls in iloilo people will give you leaflets selling condos, they are getting a little expensive if you want to be right in the center of mega world area but stil very cheap compared to what country you come from no doubt. We found our condo by just typing in condos for sale iloilo into google and emailed the agent once we found what we wanted, it was really easy actually
hey tim sorry for the late reply, we couldnt find a motor bike to rent at the time but we didnt really look very hard. no tourists really go to masbate so wouldnt really surprise me if you cant find anybody to rent you one. However the prices were really really cheap there, we payed local prices so you can probably hire a tricycle for the day for somthing really low like 700 pesos or so maybe, this was 6 or so years ago though could be different now
@@CoshanUncharted thx for getting back to me Coshan. I was confident eventually you would. So are you thinking of ever returning to the Philippines? I like how you go somewhere so much off the “beaten path”..
@@timcoughlin5834 actually we are back in the philippines now but we havnt really been vlogging much since we are only here for 2 months. Hopefully we will be back around january or febuary for a longer amount of time and we may well get back to vlogging again off the beaten path as usual :-)
@@timcoughlin5834 we will get back to making vlogs again hopefully in january when we come back. atleast thats our plan, and as you said getting back to off the beaten path places which is the best part and showing you guys. I do think though we may travel a lot slower than we did before since we are a lot older now and we dont have it in us to move around every few days haha old age is creeping up on us
hey philip, im sorry my wifi signal is really bad in palawan at the moment so i am not able to watch the vlog back myself but we booked the trip with our accomodation. From what i remember that whole area is about the mt pinatubo trip so all the accommodations will do the trip. They told us there is the aeta tribe near the mountain and if we want we can go visit them after, i dont think it cost any extra money but this was a long time ago so the prices may have changed
Wow, I always go there in Bolalacao back in 2017-2019 and I think they have great beaches and some diving sites. What do you see underwater? Is there any exciting structure under? How do you rate the sites?
Filipino people see the beauty of the western white skin , so anything else isn't beauty. That's why bleaching cream is a big business. Instead of embracing your natural beauty, you destort it based on perception. Its like brainwashing
SINCE YOU MENTION DUTERTE!!! THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT (ICC) SEEKS TO TRY HIM FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY. CRIME; KILLING 25 TO 30 THOUSAND FILIPINOS.
this is funny bcus from what i know the U.S is more dangerous country than the Philippines. one of the country for example is chicago, philippines is dangerous bcus of Muslim terorist (Isis,Biff etc) here in island of mindanao but now this group is soon to be dead.

Beaches in the Philippines are super raw, untouched, remote, unlike in Thailand, its touristy and a lot of establishments...Super white beaches, turquoise blue water, shade of blue, lucid........, in Thailand beaches are dirty white, mercky color of water...
