I just got my fingerprints done at the police station. How do i submit them? It was electronic and they printed out a card. He said i still needed to submit them, i didn't ask any questions because i figured it would be easy to find online. already did everything else online. Can't quite figure out the next step.

You will put only Puerto Rico. Remember country name only. I was born in Bahamas, so I only put Bahamas.

ORI number is ONLY assigned by FBI to USA government / state agencies , IT IS NOT assigned to individuals and NOT to any foreign institution ...
