In answer to your question, I think so. I don't remember exactly if you can do that, but if the application rules allow you to do so and you are running out of time, go ahead submitting those transcripts!!!!!

Actually, I have a lot of concerns because I didn't apply for early action and some of my friends have already get into the program. I am super nervous to apply but this video inspires me a lot. And above all, remember this: getting into the program or not, will not define what a great person you are or how successful you are going to be. If you get into the program, congratulations! And if you don't, congratulations too! The great accomplishments you achieved for the application are the things that really matter and are really appreciated for your life!
For 2023 applications was not necessary, I had a space to explain what I was uploading. You can always contact the admissions office for this year requirements!
