They cannot breakdown the food they eat, bacteria has to. Even then they have to eat their poop to get (forgot what it is called) the enzymes they need to survive
I recommend trying this Filipino Restaurant out West. I already did a video about their Beef Pares which was so comforting and so delicious that I wanted to come back and try their Lomi because it is in their name "Papa Ben's Lomi" so it mUst be their signature dish and it'll probably be good right??! The answer... YES, it was really delicious! I was a bit concerned at first when I just tried the viscous, sticky soup and noodle on its own because it was kind of bland and tasted a bit weird, like it tasted a bit chemical-E BUT my concerns were quickly dissipated when I had the noodles, soup and pork adobo together! It was a melting pot of deliciousness! The soft, tenderness of the soya sauce marinated pork adobo adds a savoury goodness to the noodles and sauce. The next bite was the same combo with the addition of the pork crackling took it up by 2 levels! It not only added some crunch and crispiness to it, the porky goodness of the crackling elevated the mouthful of Lomi to almost a blissful state. If I had died and gone to heaven from the crackling's flow of bad cholesterol into my blood stream, I would have died a happy man. I know pork liver is not for everybody but I enjoyed the slightly bloody flavour and kind of grainy sandy texture the liver brings to this dish. The pork meatballs may look ordinary but it was a savoury delight to eat together with the noodles. The meatballs were tender, juicy, oniony, and porky which I enjoyed eating. There was only 3 tiny meatballs though. They should definitely add two to three more meatballs in there considering the size, price of $29 and also that the name of the dish is "OVERLOAD Lomi". Anyway, that's it for the review, I just wanted to my express my delight in eating it. I'm not sponsored so if you like my content, consider buying me a cup of hot chocolate to help me cover my food and petrol cost through my Ko-fi link in the description, in exchange, I'll send you my feet pics on my O-n-l-y-f-a-n-s. I'm just kidding, I only do hand ones. 📍Papa Ben's Lomi Westcity Mall Henderson Auckland New Zealand (Next to Escalator that goes up to Cinema) #aucklandeats #aucklandfood

Finally trying the famous Peach's Hot Chicken! Been wanting to try them since they opened long ago but it's far from where I live and I kept putting it off then forgetting about them. Glad I could finally try them. I love the Chicken and Waffles the most with Mild Plus level spice which was just the right amount of spiciness for me and it was flavourful too. The OG Fried Chicken with Mild Spice was cooked to perfection with crispy skin and juicy insides, but taste wise, it was pretty bland. I suggest getting it with Mild Plus spice level as the spice in that one made the chicken and waffles tasty! The rest of the stuff are alright. Biscuits are a bit dry but the taste is not bad. Hush Puppies are kind of nice. The Mac & Cheese are soso, would not eat it again. 📍 Peach's Hot Chicken 2 Queens Road, Panmure, Auckland 1072 What spice level would you try? - Mild - Mild Plus 🌶 - Medium 🌶🌶 - Hot 🌶🌶🌶 - Holy Cluck 🌶🌶🌶🌶
@andyleewengpoh9038 you can copy and paste that into google maps because there is no listing with their name in English and the Signboard is in korean only.
@andyleewengpoh9038 when we went into the restaurant, they look like they didn't want us there. They are always busy with something so hard to get their attention and when you do get their attention, they don't look happy to serve you.
This was the best video i found that gave a detailed recommendation about the different butchers and restaurants. Exactly what i was looking for! Thank you!
