The knife I love the most is a custom la Griffe from Fred Perrin. Me and my now wife were on a road trip across France in 2017. And we were invited from Fred and Elsa to stop by, if we would be in the area because they loved our dog Jack on fb 😂.I bought my la Griffe directly from him and it is my daily user since than. Best regards Oni
Awesome video man!!! The knife that holds the most value for me is a hinderer xm18 that my parents got me for my birthday. It was a grail for a long time and I saw it pop up on dlt trading but didn't have the funds to get it. A couple of months go by, and my birthday roles around, and my dad hands me this little rapped box. I opened it, and there it was a battle blue no chill slicer. I'll cherish it forever, and it's my favorite knife for the sentimental value even tho I have more expensive and rarer knives.
I got the Schwartz overland sport. And it looks identical to your wildly with the stone wash and same color scales screws and bushings lol. I thought I picked out something no one else would choose and then here your video is lol
A few years ago I bought 3 DIY knife kits from Self Reliance Outfitters. My boys and I made our own knifes (just the handle) in our garage. They are not worth anything to anyone but us. It was a great project, great time to spend with my boys and create a memory. You can't put a price on that.
@RikkiHernandez i wanted one since i first saw it... was waiting for the right confirmation... i paid full price from lynch with deep carry clip in 20cv... no buyers regret
Garrick here Rikki! I absolutely loved this video Rikki. It’s so awesome hearing the passion and joy in your voice, as you weave the tale of your EDC journey. The whole video was thoroughly captivating and enjoyable. The journey started for me almost 3 years ago now, and it feels similar. Liked and subscribed!
Thanks so much for watching Brett. That was the goal and I’m glad that it came off that way. Nothing like geeking out about knives with people who get it 😂👊🏻
Damn good video, Rikki! Man, that has been quite a progression, and love seeing the story culminate from a simple, beginner's purchase to acquiring a piece from a legend in the community with the knowledge you've gained in your personal journey. Great stuff, my friend! The Old Man approves! 😁💧💧😁
