@jameshansson6361 Still working on it. I have fully rebuilt engine. Torn the thing down, changed all oils painted main frame. Just stripping and painting the mower decks at the moment.
Sharp eyes haha. yes correct I dropped that one into the lower abyss of the guts of the clutch housings. and couldn't find it. have to go and buy a new one. Thanks for the support!
Nice to see the old best fire up again after sitting outside for so long... the jungle was trying to reclaim her, but the old girl still has some fight left in her yet 😄
Hi these videos are awesome !! I’m currently building a wee boat with m18a scott 612 combo. Did you manage to keep flywheel level with unit for driveshaft alinement ? I’m having trouble
Thanks. Yes, our flywheel and jet unit are parallel. And I believe our drive shafts angle is 1.5 degrees. Managed this by cutting 25mm out of the sump and mounting as low as we possibly could in the boat.
Hi Karl was good to meet you. lovely day!! We managed to get to the end after another push due to the old man holding us up because he was stuck!! Didn't see you on the way down how did the exit go? I managed to jet get around but the old dredge got stuck :)
@@SabotageGarage nice mate, stuck on that corner again and then a good run back, wear ring was worn so had lost boost, put a new one in on Tuesday and already to go again, was going to follow you up but the kids were happy as, will see you on the next trip mate
Nice work mate, and great attitude from your old man, give it a crack, thank you for sharing, I’m doing similar on my 40’ steel yacht , just using 316 stainless and adding to the length as not as efficient as copper, thanks again mate
@@SabotageGarage Thank You! I'm weeks away from having a welded 12' Jetstream hull delivery and I still haven't decided on a Jet Drive. Your boat setup is clean and I like the hull design it's look is much sleeker than what Jetstream offers.
we made them in a way that it would not be cost efficient to manufacture more. but something to look into in the future possibly. would need to simplify them
Hi, I am working on two of these for a mate in Christchurch. One is in a Phillips frame and was originally sold in Christchurch and the other is a factory pressed frame model from overseas. Your photos are super helpful as I try to track down a mechanical clanking sound in the later bike! Amazing tiny technology and unique in using pull rods! Cheers!
I'm planning on Using an M13A for a small helicopter. Would love to fly over to NZ. Holden Cruze was a rebadged Suzuki Ignis. Did you weigh the engine at all?
I think if I make one it would be similar or a big welded aluminum flat tank with copper pipes zig zagging through it, and the intake and exhaust pipes and pump for the lake/river/ocean water that fills the flat tank to make it more compact. Kind of like those pods on the moonshiner shows. Brass can be welded to aluminum or soldered to copper. So if the pod was aluminum some brass short threaded pieces of pipe can be welded in some holes cut out for threaded pipe to go in.
