going to 58 in January 2 years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes type two I’ve always had long nails. The past four years my nails were very strong and now it seems like they have stopped growing. I’ve recently started drinking 6 to 18 ounce glasses of water every day I’m going to try the lemon juice and the olive oil and the green tea in the honey to see if that will help. I’m wondering if the diabetes may have affected my nails. I was always one to go with a solid color and then decorate it. I even have paint brushes that I would paint on my nails. this is depressing that they are not growing. I cut my nails three months ago to even them out and start over and five of my 10 nails are not growing.
