10:54 Eveytime I try to do this I keep getting these tiny bright stripes down each edge of the rectangles because it looks like they're still overlapping eachother by a pixel when they should be snapped right to the edge of eachother.

Loved this tutorial, but as somone not well adversed to Illustrator, a lot of the things didn't work for me. Had to rotate through object -> transform -> rotate. And the first side rounding of the heart went well, but I couldn't make it work on the opposite side even though I followed the video. it just kept adding a new point for making a line instead of allowing me to change the shape. Would love some guidance on this :)
Why are they saying safer web when you exporting it? Why don't they just make it all exporting this way? Why is Adobe so goddamn difficult. Thank you for the video. I hope this works
Try making it with split line. For example draw 2d line of the full dome and the cut it in vertically half. If you still can't get it done, do let me know I'll guide you.
