Hello! I’m new. Your video came up on my feed so I thought I would check it out. I have been getting Boxycharm for a very long time. I like being able to pick 3 items now. The ND palette I think is a factory made issue. I have watched almost 20 content creators so their unboxings and everyone the ND palette was broken. Most it is the same as you where that one shade just falls out. A couple some other shades were were shattered. And I believe (if I’m right) this palette is an exclusive to Boxycharm. I love when that happens cuz then you can’t go to a store to buy it. Rodial is an expensive skin care brand so enjoy that big bottle of cleanser. Also the Refreshments brand has been around for a couple years. It was another subscription offered through boxycharm. That silk bag is a refreshments subscription bag. They are very pretty and I have that shaving cream right now and I love it. A little goes a long way FYI lol. I just squirted a bunch out on my leg and it was way too much. I would purchase it again for sure. I bought the Elf primer in the add one for $3.50! I haven’t tried it so I’m excited to get that. Anything with niacinamide or collagen in it I’m all for it. So I come to see the glam bag but since you did the other one first, I just have to say that I don’t think it’s ipsys fault I think that the Natasha, palette just wasn’t made that well this month because a lot of people have had the same problem
