By 93 Louisville had blown out Alabama in the Fiesta Bowl, destroyed Texas and were still playing in a condemned AAA baseball stadium. Imagine if UofL existed in a State that wasn't and hadn't always been openly hostile to the University and its athletics department.
I miss the days when louisville was a top 10 team. Beating ranked teams on national tv. Had a great coach and super AD. I wish the board of trustees had just had the cahones to tell the ncaa to go pound sand. And keep Pitino and Jurich.

Watching this in 2023 just to feel something. I miss Rick so much. He does more coaching every minute in this game than Kenny P does in a whole game. You can just see the passion. Man.
As a Kentucky fan, it is good to see the Cards get the best of Duke. The Cards only own 2 national titles, so that isn't something the CATS (with 8) are even concerned about! Go Big BLUE!
