Hola, bueno yo uso pinturas acrilicas Vallejo, son las que resultan mas faciles de conseguir por aca, yo inicialmente comense con este set de aerografo y compresora que venden en aliexpress de 40 USD, pero con el tiempo me daba problemas y opte con ahorrar y comprarme un Ultra by vallejo. Mi consejo es ir por el de aliexpress y familiarizarte bien con el equipo, desarmalo limpialo (por lo que veo, ahora aliexpress tiene mas variedad de aerografos)

McFarlane Toys figures have likely seen significant improvements, as evident in the Spawn series, although some detail may have been sacrificed for articulation. I've always believed their figures make a great canvas for customizers.

Yes, when you move a figure after painting it, the paint at the joints can chip. By the way, I noticed that this figure I took out of its box had parts with paint chips.
