Parkour, Acrobatics, Break Dance, and Movement of all Sorts
When I was younger I was often called an Old Soul. Through my experiences in Dance, Parkour, Acrobatics, Martial Arts, Hand Balancing, Lifting and Much More I have encountered the same Energy, but in different Forms. Each art is a Transformation Vehicle. It's an Avatar you step into in order to help you discover the strongest version of yourself.
The Mission of The Real Ninja is simple. "Through the physical practice we learn how to know ourselves and develop a movement empathy for others " As a teacher I aim to help my students better know themselves and develop a better idea of their place in the Universe and ultimately understand that they are the Universe.
I might, but I Actually don't have experience in the Hong Kong movie scene or any movie scene. I have learned a few things along the way but nothing specialized for stunt work.
@@San_Dude yeah man thanks for watching. The real practice is the one you do everyday and that's checking in with yourself to see how you are going to win in this moment, or maybe surrender.
It's been a while since I've hung out with other people and trained I usually like to practice on stiffer floors because I can feel the ground better and it helps me with my propreoception and better awareness during my tricks. But that cheer force floor is amazing for blocking and tumbling skills.
Please make a Heel drive tutorial and explanation had a gym coach who taught me how to twist with this technique it was effortless I don't know what he told me to do to achieve what I did btw this was on trampoline
Yes the heel drive is way easier to feel and apply on a trampoline because you have more time to think about it. I discuss it more inside of these 2 tutorials below. I will do my best to put together a specific tutorial regarding heel drive toe drive and hip lift due to your request. Or maybe I can do a live RU-vid Video On it
@@FrancescoCaban wow talk about hitting the nail on the head. That was spot on! Exactly what I needed. Just had a little look now so the heel drive flips the body over and the hand up rotates the body using physics or something. Your an absolute legend thanks for the vids btw you Arabians in your last video looked so good even though u said u were tired.
@@trulgn Thank you a great book to get ahold of his called the biomechanics of gymnastics. And there there's a great run down on twisting mechanics such as tilt twisting, Floor twisting, And shape change twisting. To some degree you will use all 3 types of twisting But it's really helpful to Understand how they work so you can see Is where you can grow in your own skills and understanding. If you have any questions feel free to ask. 💪🐒🤸♂️
YES! Finally someone that just went out and made it happen. Wider spreader bar helps alot. This machine is helpful even for gymnasts and makes you stronger. Keep it up.
I also found the distance between the bottom of the pully and your leg can make up for the spreader bar, but it requires you to use your active abduction more.
I wanna learn like how you do it I can do a backflip 360 twist but I always tuck when I do it I wanna do it with my legs long instead of tucking keep it up bro much luv from Miami FL aka vice City 🌆🌴🏝️☀️😂❤
