@@FreshFishing ah it’s Rainton fished there years ago, they used to be a big tree snag where the fish used to hide in it and could get them of the surface near it, looks like that’s gone now, was good carp back then , can only of got bigger by now I suppose👍
Best venue ive fished yet. holds a special place in my heart Norton Disney. My sons first 20 last year and even fished stocks while there was a Rave on about a mile away and still caught lol. you could do a week down there and fish all lakes on a campaign easy.
@@powershed it was literally free entry for us anglers for a music festival with fireworks 🎇 and lasers lol. It's on again I think about the 22nd August it starts I think I'll catch it for 1 night this time at ND as I'm there till the 23rd August, going to make sure I send my drone up for the footage this time 👌🏻
Cracking venue norton disney I've been there about 5 times now. I've only ever fished stocks and hodgetts, caught from both lakes I definetly need too try petitts or billys for some off the bigger fish 👍
My favourite day ticket venue 👌🏻 I think it just ticks all my boxes in what I want out of fishing, the swims are nicely spaced apart and each swim averages an acre of water if not more. Very natural feel to the place plenty of trees and cover hiding the car parks etc. Fishing is great with amazing looking fish 🐠🐟 Good video lads looking forward to seeing uk blanks 2 😁

@davefreercarpangler going back 1st and 3rd week of August, my boy wants to fish pettits and Billy's 4 nights each, gonna need to hire a van for it this time. Are the roads good now mate?
@@powershed might see u there mate, I'm hiring a van too. Enterprise £170 for 4 days not bad. Yeah roads are much better but still rough around Billy's unless they've redone it before the session which they might do.
I had the original Onyx for years and they were probs my fave reels ever and I’ve had lots of top end ones but having a couple of 10ft rods so think these will be what I match them with.
