Why does your hair lock up when you apply shampoo? I've never heard of that before. I didn't know it was a thing. I never pre poo and I've never had that issue(type 4, medium density) Not trying to judge, just curius. Is that common?

100% believer in pre-poo over here. I use the L’Oreal rapid reviver deep conditioner as a pre poo with a little water and it makes a huge difference in my wash day.
I dont understand how these young black female content creators don't know how to cornrow. Some of them can cut and style a lace front, but can't cornrow to save a life. Its sad, really 😢
Hey, your hair should actually be detangled before you put any water-based products in it. All you should use to detangle is a non-comedogenic oil. Also, There should never be a time when your hair is even able to tangle on itself. That’s the first problem, gotta stop even allowing the hair to tangle in the first place
