Hello everyone, Our channel training tips by Dronacharya Bhupender Dhawan & Mr India Mukesh Singh

Myself recipient of the highest award by Honourable President of India called Dronacharya Award, This is 45 Year experience of my life when I was a player then become a coach.

We have created 62 International Players in the field of Bodybuilding-Powerlifting & Fitness, Out of them 52 players are medal winners in the International events like World Championships, Pro Olympia Powerlifting, Commonwealth Championship, Asian Championship, European Championship & South Asia Championship.

Mukesh Singh won the highest award Mr. Pro Olympia Powerlifting 2017 Gold & 2018 Bronze Medal.

We are into the fitness business from the last 30 years renowned as Dronacharya The Gym, We have gym's in different locations throughout India.

With all due respect .I get pressure on my forarms and around elbows more. Pressure is hardly felt at Biceps and triceps.
