Wow this company has so much rich history to draw on but they make this crap. I love my vintage 80s wool rich jacket I bought. It’s warm, looks good, and it was made in America. You guys sold the soul of this company and it shows. Now you pander to the old money Ivy League school kids while toting to be an outdoors outfitter company. No outdoorsman is spending $500 on a lousy flannel shirt or $1000 on a jacket. Enjoy your niche market while you pretend to be designer.
Excellent video. I am honored to know Mochizuki Yudai and have had the chance to fish with him and examine his bamboo fly rods. They are outstanding, exhibiting world class craftsmanship and superb fishing qualities. This guy makes his own fly boxes, too, as well as his floatant holder, shirts, fishing hat and outerwear--all to the highest levels of craft. That Woolrich meets Yudai-san's standards speaks volumes.
Dear Woolrich: There is no such thing as "responsibly sourced" fur. Please stop selling fur now! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LrtroC7C4Vk.html
As a vintage clothing business owner, woolrich is a cornerstone of my company. Its all about the woolrich jackets and flannels. Woolrich is life! My favorite woolrich piece of all time is the duck camo WOOL jacket. I also love any of the 1950s flannel/wool jackets.
All your top videos have comments turned off. I wonder why 🤔 I’m looking for made in the USA wool shirts and jackets right now. When I grew up in Upstate NY the hunting and gun store down at the four corners in my little town carried your products. I wore your jackets to school. All made in the USA, this was the late 80s btw, and we took it for granted. For the last 20 years I have lived downstate and lived/work in the city. I very much buy American now, despite the difficulty and the price. I have a lot of gear from Filson because, until recently, they produced in the USA. So I’m thinking of my small town and looking for warm wool jackets and shirts made in the USA when I start shopping your website. All I’m going to say is you have gone so woke I will never buy anything from you. It is cartoonish and transparent what you are doing. You visit the hood and see what it’s really like 😂. In all my time in NY I’ve never seen someone in the hood wear a hunting jacket. They don’t know what the word “Woolrich” means and they can’t find Pennsylvania on a map. Good luck selling $260 wool shirts to the projects 😂. Keep proving the meme and go broke I guess. You’re private equity owned now I see. I have experience in this type of business structure. Long term you’re fucked. For the moment you’re pretending to have values, trying to find new millennial and zoomers customers and you care more about your ESG rating than your products, I guarantee 😂 Wrapped in a pride flag, hoping that help 😂 What a shame too, such an iconic American brand, gutted, a walking dead woke zombie. And behind it all, back through your private equity ownership… who is behind the curtain? We see you 👋🏻 ✡️
I went to a warehouse in Silvertown E16 called Thrift factory Kilo sale !! They had a massive selection you could spend a whole day there. They only allow some people to pick and choose as they are really exporting mostly. but They also do events , thrift factory £10 per kilo You need a strong back to go through the clothes as mostly in cages and trollies... But it was worth it as many where Brand new with Tags...
Don't buy this over-priced crap. They have abandoned their customer base that has supported them for generations in an effort to be .... I don't know what...? NEXT Whoever is running this company is clueless. Greed will put you out of business.
Marketing video is great but the brand is dead amongst Americans under 40. It doesn't have to be. Your off track . Closing Pa factory mistake, charging 1k on a less known name surpassed by popular current brands, mistake. This company could return industry to America. You need better leaders. Start an actual outdoor brand that matches the families original intentions. Hunting, fishing, adventure. I've seen none of this at the store in Woolrich pa. You have high end nyc parkas and slacks my grandfather wouldn't wear .
