I’m in Sri Lanka right now, heading to the airport to fly back to Chennai (where I’m currently living due to my job) I can tell you that Sri Lanka is light years ahead of India. Obviously that’s not true of the railway, but in terms of infrastructure and cleanliness it’s absolutely on par with any first world nation. Rather than mocking Sri Lanka through a meaningless comparison of the railways, I think Indians can learn a lot from seeing how things are done here. I can say that from an unbiased perspective, because I’m neither Indian nor a Sri Lankan.
Здраво, имам питање куда идеш Индија против Босне и Херцеговине?? आप भारत बनाम बोस्निया और हर्जेगोविना Where did you put India against Bosnia and Herzegovina? कहाँ जा रहे हैं?
US is on 2nd rank with approx 1200+ Kms metro lines whereas China stood on 1st with 10000+ kms metro tracks. Thats a hell like difference we cant ignore chinese development however India also made huge development in the last decade and we are on the 3rd position with around 1000 kms lines but still a long way to go.
If you have to compare Indian railway, buses aur any luxuries and non luxurious things then always compare with more developed nation like chaina, france, Japan, or even small countries like Korea and Singapore....... By this you can see how far we are and what we should do better. Don't compare with the nations whose GDP is too different in a scale just because they can't afford such things... And they are good at their stages... Always try to compete with your fore ones...... 🙂
