Bought two, both arrived broken, two different vendors. To be specific, they're probably not broken, they just don't work. Whether using batteries or the 12v USB plug you can hear the pump go but no water circulates. I dissembled the bottom to watch the water flow in the pump. I can see it spinning but due to a bad design the water being pumped in isn't being pumped out. It's pushed into a screen with holes that are so small no water flow comes out. I put in a single drop of food coloring to see how it would disperse. Despite that motor going full speed, even the colored water didn't make it through the screen at the bottom of the volcano. Poor design. DO NOT BUY
