WOOOW! I can't believe that happened! congrats on the recovery. I had a 1980 185 stolen 20 years ago, haven't got it back yet. You are a lucky S.O.B! have a great week brother. PEACE!
That's crazy man and the fact he just handed it over but that never happens when someone's bike gets stolen that they see it out riding sucks about the damage but glad you got it back man
I started with BRs. They can be a booger but once you know what to look for they are usually pretty easy to get going again. A question I have is what is good to clean those plastic tanks out w? Thanks
Sucks to hear man people are dumb I’d love to see it get brought back to life glad u got it back keep them locked up cause I’m sure someone gonna find out where it’s at since everything went so smoothly with him giving it back
If you want to make more from RU-vid make a dropship page for merchandise like t shirts and other things you can have it where you don’t have to pay for the merch and a company just makes it to order and you get the profit
My hands were vibrating after that nice woods ride! Love my 2-strokes!! Been watching you for a while now. I finally subscribed. Keep up the great content! Sabo sent me... 👍
While I don't have a convince store nearby, I do have a Dollar Store nearby that an easy ride to grab a Coke and then just down the road is a pizza place. Love that red carbon fiber. I wish fourwerx would make a seat cover for the 200X, I've contacted them, and it's a no. Everything's cool though, I did get a custom made cover for it, and just added a new AC Racing wide grab bar. Nice trails to ride.
Man..... What a ride. Only half way through the video and this footage is already scratching my itch to ride 😅 ( all my machines are in pieces) Looks like a wild ride, sounds amazing! I would also be a little pissed about the whoops but at least you got alot of trails! Kinda sucks when you add up the cost of the bike. Almost have to forget about that when its done, and ride. Especially right now. Either no ones buying, or prices are out of the ballpark.
Yeah bro tons of whoops out here, I want to go drag some trails on my big red one of these days. There are some cool flat trails out here too here and there
@@garagemcmatt bruh, i am FULLY AWARE of your GENUINE lOVE FOR ALL POWERSPORTS and ESPECIALLY THE FEW THAT 🫵 BUILT FROM SCRATCH💪!! AWESOME JOB!! TO ADD, this 330 ride video is AWESOME and CANT WAIT FOR MORE LIKE IT.. but.. 🤔I do have a QUESTION and that is.. WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THE 330 and NOT THE BANSHEE??? YOUR BANSHEE SINCE the “PLASTIC VID” has been M.I.A. and to ADD, WHEN YOU DO SOMETHING AS “A BANSHEE RIDE VID” you better have a “camera man/woman/kid CUZ IT WILL BE EPIC and A GRAND-SLAM for the 🌎 to 👀!!!🏁 have you EVER VIEWED my BANSHEE(s) on this CHANNEL?? I got more and my current build is GUNNA BE the BEST one I OWN
Man I have been waiting for this video since you started on this quad. Sik bike dude. Are the cost of the floats worth it? Or just stick with my 450R shocks. (They feel amazing the way I have them setup....super smooth and plush).
im so jealous of you being able to ride to the store 🤣🤣 . where i live in Louisiana them dirt roads wouldve been gated off saying " no trespassing " . its either state owned , parish owned or private and this is out in the " country " . also I LOVE CANDY AND CHROME 🤤🤟🤟🤟🤟
Opened up my 400 for a reseal. Who ever did previous to topend failed to put in the cam locating dowel on clutch side. SMH guess full topend rebuild? No weird noise or smoke surprisingly.
Hey Matt I have a 400EX and it didn't come with any plastic brackets or mounting hardware does the aluminum air shroud replace the hardware and hold your plastic?
@@garagemcmatt okay thank you I have the longer ones but I don't have the l-shaped ones any chance you can measure them for me? I can just metal fabricate them out of some angle iron
Hey I just want to say thank you, and you was 100% right it was the case gasket that was making my 2005 400EX put oil out the breather tube the gasket did move over just a little bit. Runs great now not a drop out the breather.
@@garagemcmatt dang I’m doing my 465 project right now and was hoping for a motivational happy end to the series lol. Hopefully you can get back on it.
I drilled two 2 1/2" holes in my airbox lid exactly where you did there.. I bought rubber grommet plugs that fit in the holes on amazon so they can be plugged.
Welcome to the 500 family! I've owned five. Make sure you properly clock the eccentric when you rebuild the rear shock. Yours, like a lot of others, is 180 degrees off, hence the stinkbug stance.
So my Alba A-arms for my 660 I have a concern about the upper arms regarding the factory sleeve and dust caps you reuse. The sleeves didn't slide in easily like the bottom arm sleeves did. I had to use a hammer. Also when I got the sleeves through the arms they stuck out some on each side which I couldn't fit the dust caps on. So only way I was able to make it work was put the included spacers (1on each end) through the sleeve that stuck out and then add the dust caps. Is this a big deal? Is the sleeve sopossed to stick out a bit? Are all the dust caps have the same size hole?
Not every quad mounting points are going to be identical. Over the years they get slightly bent or out of shape. You can either just shave them down a Lil bit or reuse your factory spacers
@@garagemcmatt wouldn't water, moisture and dirt get into the bushings with the dust caps further out because the spacers? The dust caps can't seal the bushings fully because the spacer in between. That's what I'm concerned about
