That would probably be fine as long as your base is built up with good structure. ☺️ can’t guarantee it though, always best to try it out on yourself first
I got builder gel done at my local nail salon, twice, for the past 2 months. I want to grow them out, so I just do builder gel and topcoat. But within 1-2 days, tiny gaps start appear on the tip of my nail, letting all the dust and dirt in. I don't know why this happened. Does anyone have any idea? Maybe bcus a poor job by the salon or my nail has problems? If anyone has the same issue, please help me out🥺🥺🤗
Do you mean the gel is lifting at the tip? Make sure to use your cuticle oil under your nails, and wear gloves when cleaning etc. It may also just not be the right gel for your nails.
Ive watched so many nail videos from beautiful and simple designs to the most elaborate jewel filled masterpieces but these nails are by far my absolute favourite. I have had this vid saved for a long time and will hopefully be able to track down all of the glitters one day. I just love this look so much.
I have been trying to figure out, ever since i watched your vlog of you packing your stuff for the move, what the red shade on your nails is 🤯!!!! Could you please let me know so i can stop pretending to be Sherlock Holmes????? 😊
Sorry I’m pretty sure I answered it in the comments of that video but maybe I didn’t! 🙈 I have pictures on my IG too! It’s Izemi Neon Cherry 🍒 discount code katie10 haenails.com/products/izemi-neon-cherry?_pos=2&_psq=Cherr&_ss=e&_v=1.0
@NailsByKatieDutra I thought so!!!!! Girl, I looked through all the comments, your videos to see if you had a tutorial, I was wearing myself out. You're awesome for responding so quickly 🤗
Soooooo cute! I’m also working on a Disney set as we are going to DW in September. I’m focusing on the older characters though, like Mickey & Minnie and the princesses. I love your set!
I find comfort knowing that you dont feel like your right hand is as good. 😅 I get SO frustrated when I finish my right hand and it’s not as perfect my left. Glad to know it’s normal!!
Question what do you do if someone has flat nail beds I sometimes get disappointed when I see these types of videos and many nail techs that specializes in Builder Gels only post videos of the ones who have nice curve nail beds I always see the ones with pretty nail beds or pretty hands never the ugly or flat nail beds
I think you’re assuming her nails are curved because of the way they look built up with product, but in fact this client has flat & short nail beds. But with builder gel we can grow them out, and shape them into an oval which gives them the illusion of elongated nail beds. And they have an apex built up on top for proper structure.
Plus you can actually lengthen the nail bed itself after keeping builder gel on with regular appointments. 😄👌🏻 I bed you’d be surprised if I showed you a photo of her natural nails before.
Do you mean chrome powders? No, this will not chrome, it’s only glitter. ☺️ You can use this technique with chrome powders also because they will look sparkly when applied to a tacky layer, but they are much more expensive. So if you want to preserve your chromes, then I’d use a micro fine glitter. 😄 If you want a chrome look, you would need to apply a chrome powder for a non-wipe cured top coat, this technique is applying glitters into a sticky layer.
Micro Glitters ✨ They are the best choice if you want some wow factor with minimal time! I’ve recently started doing my nails at home. I find it both enjoyable and a way to save money. These are quite dramatic and beautiful. I’m learning new techniques. Thank you
Oh my goodness thank you! I’ve been working on doing my nails from home, and have recently been looking into builder/structure gel. This helps so much❤❤❤
