@@serpente300 I started to sleep much better just from the very first day. My fingers and wrists had been weak and hurting for several months and they have improved a lot too. I also got a continuous nervous tic in my left eye for several weeks and it disappeared. (I took no medicines, no treatments) Spiritually, I feel much more connected to myself and to my heart center. I recommend it 100% It's free! I try to practice 20 min every day and it's worth it. I also noticed I don't get angry or anxious for things I used to before.❤

we must also remember that the animals deserve love and compassion as well not just the human beings. we cant overlook the suffering they endure and just look for our own pleasure and enjoyment. that is selfish

What year for what? I didn't listen to his talk from the 5th. As speakers, we are given the same topic for the month. It gives the attendees the chance to hear four (or five) different viewpoints throughout the month.
I hope your daughter finishes college. I graduated from high school in 1995 and I still love n my mom's basement. This is a very unique situation. I basically had to just start over again after I failed my first semester of college. I just couldn't focus on academics. I was trying to do what my parents wanted. I have really had to learn how to listen better to myself. I have done a lot of reading and more recently also been learning through watching RU-vid and some Great Courses. I have had a lot of different jobs. I am currently working in a deli, it's almost been seven years and this is the longest I have ever worked anywhere. I attended Lake Harriet a lot in the late 1990s when I was a mess and it did help me. I learned about a whole new world of things.
