nope that's wrong because it should be like this matey it was on squelch 3 and shouldn't sound like this. I've used other radios on the same squelch and haven't had any problems. just a few radios seem to be like this in my work place
@@1234mattyman The basic noise floor is not everywhere the same. At some places it can be higher due to more transmissions in the area or electromagnetic interference. But of course it's possible that the sensitivity of this range of radios is not consistent. I still recommend increasing squelch on the affected ones and see what happens.
Nice review. I have a similar Baofeng T20 with fixed antenna. Annoying why they exaggerate the battery capacity, we all know it’s approx 1,500mah. Love the sticker you put on. Nice one. 😃👍
If you are watching this you need to all be careful as if you are using pmr446 with a removable antenna and your radio is outputting more than 0.5 wats then you are breaking the of com law here in the uk. It is what matty said.
What is the end voltage of the battery on USB charging? With UV-K5 there seems to be an issue with the usb charging. They did a crappy job designing internal charger it goes into "resonance" at the end of the charge, it causes it to only go up to 8.15V, so it doesn't charge fully. This is probably why they don't recommend it.
Both should work together not sure why only one works. If you pull them both out they should turn on and pair together. Of only one is working they might be faulty?

i have two w-king x 10s and believe me for £100 each i've never heard anything like them for speakers of the sames size!. My friend has the jbl xtreme 2 and they just blow them away big time! The jbl has slightly better sound quality at lower volume but when you pump the x10 up is when you here the bass is just lacking on high volume on the jbl and the x10 is way way louder ;), but with two x10s paired against an xtreme its just no competition for nearly half the price for two !!
Got the same car myself, very fast and surprisingly well built, apart from the weak stock servos. I installed a fuel priming pump on the fuel line on my BD8, makes it much easier to start it. I also upgraded the radio to a Futaba 3PRKA 2.4GHz radio and replaced the weak stock servos with PowerHD 18kg metal gear servos. I'm also powering the electronics with a li-fe battery instead of ni-mh batteries to get a bit more oomph in the servos. Crashed mine last year, took a while to source parts for it and rebuild it. Now it's fully up and running and I'm having a blast. This is a really fast buggy, just need to get the diff oil viscosities right to get it handle the way I want. I've found it to be less finicky than other nitro cars I've had, it even runs quite reliably in cold and damp weather.
