Hello, I'm having a problem, I have a few cameras like this and the last two I bought have been showing an error, like it goes crazy after it detects movement, it doesn't return to the point it was configured, which I imagine is something in the software, because the others work normally, follow the movement and then returns to the determined point. I've looked and haven't found the solution yet. My 2 are even inverted right and left. When I check the option for movement tracking, a message comes up that in other cases does not appear. the msg: (People detection and motion tracking cannot be active simultaneously. If motion tracking is active, people detection will be disabled.) If anyone knows how to solve it, I would appreciate it.
Hello, I have the camera model ZJX-PTZ8436 and the videos delete themselves, it records 4 videos and they are deleted, I formatted the SD card, and factory reset the settings and it remains the same, I have 3 cameras and two have this problem. Thanks

Can you please help me? At night, the camera automatically turns on its bright light... I don't want it to have light at night. I toggled the infrared setting but the light still didn't go off. It's really weird that the cameras have bright lights at night, it's just causing more attention.
it happened when you browse sd card a lot. try to remove sd card and see if its works live only .. if works... keep sd removed for 24 hours and reinstall it.

a mi me queda en buffering 92% y no me avanza mas, ni siquiera puedo reiniciarlo desde la app, intente reiniciar la camara, anduvo un rato y luego vuelve a lo mismo, ya no se que hacer .

Hi Christian, if you want to save playback videos, you need to play back the videos on the day and time you wish and use the scissors that appear in the middle of the screen, when start recording, you’ll see numbers as progress, just press it again to stop. Then, go the first screen on your app screen and you will see MOBILE STORAGE gives you on top of screen two options PICTURES AND RECORDS, on same screen on the very upper side corner there is like a 🖊 figure, touch it and highlight the video then press SHARE and gives you access to save it on your phone... hopes this help you. сбросил камеру в заводские настройки удержанием кнопки REZET в течении 10 секунд, пока камера не начала загружаться. Делал все как у вас на видео, но у меня происходит ошибка: " Таймаут соединения, повторите попытку". Пробовал подключить к различным трем роутерам через wifi? безрезультатно. Так же не удается подключиться к камере в режиме точки доступа, содержание ошибки: "Неизвестная ошибка Error code:-100000" При подключении к камере LAN кабеля программа iCSee камеру видит.
@@bobbobrov7055 Ты не прав. Продавец оперативно вышел на связь, записал видео и выложил на ютуб по настройке камеры . Моя камера оказалась с нерабочим модулем wifi, по lan камера подключается, качество видео достойное, регистратор с нее пишет, управляется. С продавцом пришли к взаимовыгодному решению, камеру оставил себе, подключу по кабелю, продавец сделал частичный возврат. Камера своих денег стоит.
