Người dân Campuchia thật hài hước ☺️ Tôi đoán đến 2030 kêng Funan techno cũng chưa hoàn thành. Lúc đấy dự án sẽ đội vốn lên khoản 3 tỷ usd. Nhà thấu trung quốc sẽ đổ lỗi cho chính phủ Campuchia không giải ngân cho họ thi công. Và đến 2033 trung quốc sẽ siết cho campuchia vỡ nợ giống như Srilanka năm 2022☺️
2022 thâm hụt 7.4 tỷ usd 2023 thâm hụt 1.53 tỷ usd Tổng nợ công tính hết quý 1/2024 11 tỷ usd Trong đó hơn 43% là nợ Trung Quốc, hơn 30% nợ Nhật, khoản 10% nợ Hàn 2024 kênh Techno funan tổng vốn dự kiến 1,7 tỷ usd vay Trung Quốc, rồi trung quốc xây luôn ☺️ Người bình thường như mình cũng biết khởi công xong sẽ lấy 1.7 tỷ usd này đáo hạn các khoản nợ trong cục nợ 11 tỷ usd kia. Còn cái kênh Funan Techno sẽ thi công ì ạch vì làm gì có tiền để xây. Tương lai sẽ đội vốn lên vì chính phủ Campuchia lấy tiền trả nợ rồi, làm gì có tiền giải ngân cho nhà thầu trung quốc, rồi nhà thầu trung quốc sẽ kiện Chính phủ Campuchia để bồi thường Kiểu vay tương lai trả quá khứ, vẽ dự án để vay, càng ngày càng lún sâu vào bẫy nợ trung quốc đến lúc nó siết thì vỡ nợ Chứ đầu tư cái kênh 1.7 tỷ usd chỉ để xuất khẩu hàng may mặc gia công với nông sản thì biết mấy năm mới đủ tiền trả nợ ☺️
